The plants look to be in great condition. They were well packed, well watered and arrived intact with Royal Mail. That hasn't alwsys been the case when ordering plants online. They're all now planted... Se mere

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, the plants arrived wilted, and most were dead—except for two—so I threw them in the trash. Furthermore, the box itself was damaged. I do not recommend this at all.

Really disappointing to see this, we had an email conversation where the outcome was left that the customer had thrown the plants away and would not send photos to show the quality of them - only provided photos of a damaged box, I offered a full refund once photos of damaged or poor plants had been received but this was declined as the customer was ‘too busy’. Sad to see a 1 star review on our small family business trust pilot page, I packed the order myself. Customer also complained about delayed dispatch and threatened to cancel order before looking at our dispatch times - which we were well ahead of.
I’m still happy to refund if photos can be provided.

The quality of the plants upon arrival was EXCELLENT; it was as if I had bought them home straight from my local garden centre.
