I am almost at the end of the sale of my house through Chalk Street and I have to say they have gone above and beyond my expectations as an agent. You hear all sorts of stories but I can honestly say I could buy everyone of them a present . Particularly Faye and Mandy , the girls have been fantastic, so supportive and friendly and prompt with everything. I cannot recommend Chalk Street enough, given my difficult situation at home they have been absolutely fantastic. Thank you Mandy you’ve kept me sane at a very stressful time. Being at the end of the phone whenever I need you has been a huge support to me

We had used Chalk Street before to sell my late Fathers property and found them to be thoroughly professional and friendly. Having decided to put our own house on the market we were delighted to find nothing has changed over the last 3 years. From the initial valuation from Ben (both times) to being kept up to date on viewings by Faye, Lois and others on the team we had sold STC in less than two weeks. The sales progression team and Mandy in particular have kept us fully informed throughout the selling process. We highly recommend Chalk Street particularly when their very competitive rates are taken into consideration.

Property put on the market and within days block viewings were arranged and within a week had a number of offers and the property was sold within days. Chalk Street’s fixed price service worked for me. They achieved my object of getting my house sold effectively and efficiently.

I have had 2 interactions with agents; firstly with Jack and secondly with Linda.
With just 2 phone call interactions I have felt totally at ease with Linda and have enjoyed the interactions; a feeling of wanting to know your needs and ensuring the next property I am to purchase will be the right investment. For my personal circumstances is a home to move into (and development)

Linda before even booking me into view a property gave me the detials of the house in question and explained the potential problems I could encounter; something that other agents elsewhere wouldn’t explain at the start.

Post viewing Linda instantly advised of another property to view and dismissed another property based on my feedback. This is on my first 2 initial interactions.

First impressions go along way: to manage to give off a comfortable and relaxing approach via the phone gives you the peace of mind at a time of your life when your spending the biggest amount of money you don’t have and looking to borrow.
