We have had an excellent experience in selling our house through the Team at Chalk Street. The Team Members - Jack, Faye, Grace, Ben and everyone in sales have all been fantastic. This has not by any means been a straightforward Sale and Purchase. You will understand what I mean when I tell you it has taken over 12 months to secure an exchange on my sale ( my Buyer had to wait patiently!} and over 8 months to secure an exchange on my Purchase, where I completely lost the plot with my Sellers Solicitor who was everything but Proactive, Transparent, Communicative or available . This even included the Sellers own Estate Agents who recommended the Solicitor !!
Mandy not only had to put up with me but she also did everything possible during this whole period to keep my Buyer up to speed as well as pacify him. She did everything and a lot more to ensure that the whole chain kept on top of matters and constantly pushed all parties estate agents and other personnel so as to avoid further unnecessary delays.
