The card payment function on their website wasn’t working so I decided to call them up to make payment over the phone. Spoke to an incredibly rude woman whose obnoxious tone was quite something. She told me because I had entered the wrong postcode the transaction didn’t go through. I know my own postcode, but an intriguing position for someone for someone to take when they have no knowledge of what anyone’s postcode would be. She then suggested there was insufficient funds in the account. Anything other than the possibility their system wasn’t working. Totally bizarre to be so hostile to someone just wanting to make a purchase. Based on the call I decided not to proceed with the order and actually found the same product for a better price elsewhere.

Excellent service. Great quality chairs. Competitive price. Very happy all round and will use chair office again if we need further chairs.

Great service, they supplied a replacement gas strut. Easy to replace. Saved me having to buy a new chair

Very happy with both the chair and service I received.
When I got the chair, I felt it was a bit low for me, so asked if there were any solutions. I was advised I could buy a bigger gas lift. I was sent videos of how to change the lift (not as simple as you may hope) and the next cylinder was sent out very quickly.
First class communication throughout, and the new cylinder worked a treat, and I am now extremely comfortable in my new chair.

The chair is fine but I wasn’t impressed by the customer service from Rich. My chair was due by Friday 12 September and I was without a chair (long story) expecting this to be the case – as I work from home, this is quite significant.
Nearing Friday 12th I still hadn't had confirmation of delivery so I called and spoke to Rich, who said he was a manager; he said I'd been sent an email advising the chair model I’d purchased was made to order (despite no mention of this on the website) and that the chair would be delivered much later than 12th (latest 29 Sept) as they were awaiting parts. I did not receive this email.
Since I was now facing 2 weeks more without a chair, and I work from home, I asked if any goodwill compensation could made – he got extremely uppity and said he wouldn't offer more than £5, which I think is very poor.
Granted he offered a full refund and to cancel the order but this wasn't the point; I still wanted the chair. Disappointing, and I came away from the phone call feeling quite upset at his attitude.

The recline goes way too far back for an office chair. I glued a block to the plate to stop it going back so far. The padding in the seat pretty much became flat after a month. It's now like sitting on a wooden board.

I bought an office pedestal at a good price AND which promised next day delivery one Wednesday at about 11:30am - it arrived as promised around 1pm the next day. Sadly the logistics people and/or couriers had not followed packaging instructions and the item was fairly badly damaged. I contacted ChairOffice and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently - the damaged item was picked up (at no cost to myself), receipt confirmed and a full refund given. Throughout the customer service people I dealt with kept me informed in a friendly & professional manner.

The whole thing led me to re-appraise my requirements and I decided to meet them in s different way.

Great service, quick delivery. This is the fifth time I have bought this exact chair (from other suppliers) over the past 10 years. Based on my last experience of assembling it, I reluctantly chose to pay extra for pre-assembled....best decision ever! The chair arrived well-packaged, and VERY well put together...like night and day compared to my previous rattly, wobbly effort....sometimes you just have to admit you aren't as young and dexterous as you once were :)

Thoroughly recommend Chair Office AND the assembly option if you have anything like my (clearly poor) DIY/assembly skills!

Bought an office chair that had a problem with one of the arms. After getting in touch they immediately sent out a replacement and I'm now sat in my perfect office chair writing this.

Have had a very positive experience with Chairoffice. Purchased a lovely office chair for my home which is super comfortable. Price was up there but these chairs are very high quality. 18 months later it had developed an issue which was resolved in less than 4 days to my door (replacement part)and I'm back enjoying the comfort. Will 100% buy from these guys again. Cannot fault at all!!!

Fantastic Company. Really helpful when I recently ordered an Office Chair. The Chair was a gift and the helpful lady I spoke to arranged for it to be delivered on the specific day required. Added to this, the Chair was excellent quality. Highly recommend this brilliant Company.

Ordered an office chair, and found this model as it can hold my weight. Managed to put it together following the instructions given. Sorted.

Good quality chair, priced competitively, reasonably simple to construct. Very happy with purchase overall would recommend.

When I purchased my chair I paid for it to b e pre-assembled, but, when the chair was delivered I found it had a number of problems, which made it uncomfortable to use and sit on. |I contacted the company and after having sent photos, they arranged for the chair to be collected and repaired. It was collected on 19th March 2025 and returned to me on Friday 28th March fully repaired and in full working order. I can recommend this company.

OK, so, this is my 2nd purchase with this company, I have had my first chair being a Resolute Folding Arm Mesh Chair, for a few months now, it's soooo comfy I bought one for my office at home! I called the team at 15:50 yesterday and the very next day it was delivered!
I even liked that when I called they automatically knew my name from previous purchase which was a nice touch.

Oh one last thing, with the clear instructions provided the chair ships with spare screws and caps, you don't often see that. Costs pennies but huge satisfaction when that bolt roles under the cabinet.

So pleasing to find an after-sales service that can actually provide replacement paerts. One of the castors on my office chair broke, and I was loathe to replace the whole chair! Lo-and-behold, courtesy of Chairoffice, I didn't need to! They were helpful, found my orignal order, identifed the part needed, and dispatched it, all within a day! Really great service!

Having viewed the extensive selection of office chairs online at Chairoffice , we settled on the Esme Ergonomic Fabric chair, and this the granddaughter has found to be the perfect choice, for her when seated at the desk for her laptop work.
So pleased with the speed of it's well packed delivery, and the choice of having it ready assembled, was a no brainer !!
