We wanted to order table runners and chair bows for a small wedding reception. However, the colour choices
for shades of pink did not coincide.
An e-mail to the firm was sent and the reply was 'don't worry, just explain what you want in the box at the bottom of the online order form'
This we did and in a couple of days we received the goods - excellent ! We couldn't have wished for better service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. At the end of February I purchased some solar lights through EBay and now none of them work. Sent 2 messages to the company with NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Appalling Customer Service.

Great company easy to order quality chair covers excellent delivery

I was short notice on ordering Chair Covers due to a unexpected last minute disaster for an event. The company confirmed availability and delivery date quite quickly and were confident i would receive my order in good time.

They were right! i received them in plenty of time.

Sadly they delivered 2 less than i ordered. (its fine, it happens, they are only human after all). Full of apology they didn't query me, and arranged delivery of the balance straight away. Indeed the missing covers arrived the very next morning before I'd even had my coffee.

Excellent service everytime. Got one order wrong and rectified it straight away. No issues.
