I want to express my special thanks to this beautiful clinic for the excellent services they provide. They have a very professional team behind them; they care a lot for the patients, always checking in on them. Also, in their treatment, it is very high quality, honest, and in the translation department, there is a lady who works in this hospital named Elaheh, who is a very kind, hardworking woman. In fact, when you enter Turkey, when you enter this clinic, they are kind, they are hospitable until the time that all your treatment is done and you return home from the hospital. Truly, they serve a lot in every respect. So, from this far distance, from America, I send them my thanks, I appreciate them, and I hope for the progress of this beautiful clinic and of dear Elaheh. Furthermore, from the management department of the clinic, my request is that every staff member who really strives for the progress of the clinic and always wants it to advance, like Elaheh, who truly works hard in the clinic, in every respect, may they be respected, dignified, and progress. Schönen guten Tag ich war in Betreuung bei der Frau Yelda Öztürk, in der BHT Klinik in Istanbul/ Küçükçekmece. Sie hat sich hervorragend lieb und vor allem Intensiv um all meine Angelegenheiten gekümmert sehr fürsorglich. Mich für eine sorgenfreien und einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt vorbereitet und umgesetzt. Kann ich auf jeden Fall mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank

DO NOT TRUST YELDA from CFH Health Turizm. She sells only promises but she never keeps her word. She is very friendly and supportive until the payments are done, but when it comes to ask for support with the paperwork you might need for your insurer, you won’t get much of it, they do not give you anything clear for all the work that has been done step by step by the dentist doctors. Unfortunately I have had to change my review to 1star due to all the promises made by Yelda which were not kept. I have requested clearly since day 1 of my 2nd visit at the clinic that I need proof for all the work that it has been done at the dentist and all I got it was just promises until the last day, when she has provided just a vague paper for what I have paid, not even a breakdown for what I have paid for. Nothing didn’t seem to be recorded for what it has been done day by day. I have also asked one of my colleagues from work to speak with Yelda in turkish to explain her what I actually need from them and Yelda promised my colleague the same things (all the paperwork will be submitted as requested), but nothing has happened. I believe patients are just numbers, it is a sell business in the end, as soon as they have your money, what you get after it is just promises. I would give 5 stars to the Doctors and dentist assistants who are great people and they do a great job, but to get to them, the only option it is through this agency / agencies. At my first visit I met Azadeh, who was very supportive and guided me well through out the whole process, a brilliant person, who tried her best to pull off all the paperwork that I needed back in UK, but without any success unfortunately. My advice is avoid this agency CFH Health Turizm.

I am really happy about my decision of choosing this hospital as the one for my hair transplantation. It was really excellent and everyone was so kind and nice, especially the gentle employee named Reza who has guided me through this process and really helped me. I can only recommend this amazing hospital!

لقد إستمرت رحلتي في الولوج لمستشفى طبي لزراعة الشعر حوالي عامين من الزمن كنت متخوف كثيرا صراحة تقال لكن بعد رحلة البحث و الإستفسارات الطويلة وجدت صدفة مستشفاكم ..في الأول قلت لنفسي إنه مجرد مستشفى مثل كل المستشفيات في تركيا لزراعة الشعر..لكن تغير رأيي عندما تواصلت مع المستشار الطبي السيد محمد نزار..إنسان راقي السلوك مثابر في عمله و خلوق .. حيث أنها استطاع بكلامه الجميل إقناعي لعمل عملية تجميلية لزراعة الشعر..و الحمدلله إلى حد الآن أنا متفائل في كلامه و ازددت وثوقا بعد العملية خاصة أنه على أيادي ماهرة مثل السيد فارس و السيدة أيدا .. صراحة كان فريق رائع
فبهذا شكرا جزيلا و خاص للسيد محمد نزار و إلى كامل الفريق الطبي على حسن المعاملة و التسيير ❤️

الكل يعلم ان عملية زراعة الشعر من العمليات الرائجة وكنت ابحث للحصول على افضل النتائج ودون مضاعفات لذا باشرت بالسؤال عن كيفية عمل هذه العملية وما هو سبب نجاح العملية وتوصلت الى ان الموضوع يرتبط بالكادر الطبي الكفوء والمساعدين والمرافقين والنظافة وبعد البحث توصلت الى جودة العمل المطلوبة والنظافة والكادر الاحترافي لإجراء العملية وفعلا تم التواصل مع الاستاذ محمد نزار وكان انسان مثالي بالأخلاق والنصيحة والتوجيه من اول لقاء لنا به كان في استقبالنا في باب المستشفى وكان برفقتنا في كل التفاصيل من الفحوصات واجراء العملية حتى وقت متأخر من الليل لتجهيز سيارة تنقلنا لمكان اقامتنا واتصاله المستمر والمتابعة الحثيثة في التواصل والاجابة عن جميع الاسئلة والاستفسارات في كل وقت ...

كانت تجربة رائعه واهم شي الطاقم كلو كان متعاون وفي احساس اني بايدي امينه وبنفس
الوقت بيحسو بالمريض وبيعطو الوقت الكافي وفي شي كثير مهم النظافة والمساحه والاضاءة بتعطي المريض الراحة والامان وبدي اتشكر كل الطاقم الطبي واهم شخص كان مريح وحسسني بالامان نزار او محمد ماشاءالله شخص متعاون ومريح الى ابعد الحدود مافي طلب او سؤال الا وبيكون موجود او بيلبيه باي طريقه فعلا
مبسوطه انو كانت ثقتي فيه في محلها وزيادة بتمنى اني ارجع اكرر الزيارة واكمل علاجي عندكم بإذن الله وبإشراف نزار

Went to bht clinic on 21st of May the staff and doctors. Nurses couldn't fault them the care they give is on a different level always checking on me making sure I was OK at all times the doctors are brilliant the care they give to there patients is brilliant the hospital is so clean I would recommend them to any1

I have travelled to Istanbul from
Canada and got my gastric sleeve surgery on April 22nd. Everybody is great, from surgeons to nurses and the entire medical personnel at the BHT Clinic. Azadeh at the CFH Group helped us tremendously in organizing our journey here. We highly recommend her and the clinic performing the surgery. Thank you for everything, we had an amazing experience and happy that all went flawlessly.

Ich war zur Behandlung bei Dr.Hayadr. Ich hab noch nie so ein guten artzt kennen gelernt. 7Jahre Probleme eine Minute in meinem Mund geschaut sofort wusste er was mein Problem ist. Die Spritzen was er gibt sind absolut Schmerz frei sehr einfühlsam die komplette Behandlung Ablauf alles so perfekt organisiert. Der Ablauf hat Pelcim organisiert so eine super nette Frau ruhig einfühlsam hat jede Frage gleich beantworten und man fühlt sich sicher hier. Ich hab meine komplette zahne verkronen lassen. Ein Implantat bekommen und botox für meine Krankheit
