I was drawn in by a facebook add - some beautiful looking animal shaped lamps. I then read the attention grabbing closing down story, and thought, I must get one before they close.
Then I did my research, and noticed the other review on here, so I dug deeper.
No mention on Companies House, nothing really came up on Google searches, apart from multiple links to their website.
A good search on this showed no premises address, but the returns page gave the game away.

I totally got scammed too and sucked into that sob story. I have no idea how I even let that happen. I feel like such an idiot. I realised right after I placed the order, lol. Was going to try the charge back thing with my bank, but it was totally my fault so why should someone else have to pay for that mistake! Live and learn. Going to drop this all at the charity shop when I make a run! They replied at first then nothing until delivery-of cheap cheap cheap items.

I got scammed too! A £65 lesson learned. should’ve known better, hope others read this before ordering. Going straight in the bin, terrible products worse than Temu!

Not even 1 star. Fake stroy about a husband dying and closing down sale. The products are marketed as silver. Initially, I got a reply when emailing about a delivery date but then when I tracked the package, it said it was coming from an airport (the company is based in Birmingham and I live there too). Emailed them back questioning this, no reply. When the product arrived, it was basically fake silver. It looked like a toy. It turns my thumb grey when worn avoid at all costs.

SCAM! Do not order from this company. Seem to be based in China, hence why items take so long to arrive (or at all, judging by other reviews I’ve read on here). My item did turn up, after 4 wees, and it’s so cheap and tacky.
I feel like an idiot falling for this in this day and age.

This company is a scam. They have impersonated a genuine business to sell fake/cheap/poor quality items to people.

Prior to making the purchase on the 28th of July, I saw good reviews about the business and made an order for 3 items.

It was after my order I realised they might be fake. First strike was when after a few days, I did not get a tracking number. I reached out to via their website and "Eileen" responded. After several follow ups, I was told my item was "lost in transit", was "offered" a 20 pounds off my next purchase and sent a new tracking number.

For a supposed "Proudly British" company co-founded by “Patrick and Eileen”, it was then I was informed that they ship from their "international warehouse" in China. Suffice to say, after over a month since I ordered, the items finally arrived today - cheap, low quality items. Earlier in the week, I realised they had stopped responding to my emails and decided to check the reviews again (by this time, I was too certain it was a fake company) and saw that from a 4/5 in July on TrustPilot, this supposed company now has a bad review.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

For a company that has been closing down since forever, they've still "managed" to have 4 items left every time you open the website. They’ve used AI generated images and a sob story to get people to buy their fake/cheap items.

I have sent another email asking to initiate a return. They've stopped responding to my emails (including the ones I sent earlier this week asking for the order to be cancelled). I have initiated a chargeback with my card company. Good thing is that I have an email trail and screenshots properly documented over the last month.

ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Avoid at all costs, as others have said the goods came from China - hence taking 4 weeks to arrive, not Birmingham! The closing down rubbish is just that, as is the 'jewellery' I received.

Absolute hot garbage!! Not as described, literal plastic junk. Not UK based, save your money and ignore the out of business bs story!!

Items took 4 weeks to arrive not from Birmingham but from China set of bracelets 3 of which were too small, not hand made but same as ones sold on temu.The wave necklace was a lump of resin, definitely a scam. Don't buy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my items at the start of the month and a week later had an email update to say my order was nearby. An hour later it was suddenly lost in transit and I received another email to say my items would be re-sent and the tracking info would be emailed to me. I never received this, and I contacted the company for an update. I've had no response since despite multiple attempts, and if it's not resolved soon then further action will be taken. Disgusting.

This is a scam. Please do not buy from them. Emails and website seem genuine - they are not. Now trying to get money back.

Bought the set of 10 Boho Rings for £25. Heard absolutely nothing for two weeks and suddenly was getting an email notification from Amazon that my parcel from the Chinese company is on the way. I've got my rings, but definitely not the ones I thought I was buying. Flimsy and fragile, looks cheap and absolutely nothing like what was described on the site. Was feeling bad for the sob story advert on Instagram, guess it's a lesson learned from me.

I really wish I had checked them on here first. I too fell for the sob story on Facebook of "Patrick" dying and bought a white gold choker and bracelet set. Came from China. Not hallmarked so clearly NOT white gold just cheap base metal. They do not honour their returns policy nor do they reply to emails. Avoid, they're Chinese scammers. Luckily I've only lost £30.

Just messaged for a refund. The quality is awful. The wave necklace is just a chunk of resin and the ring is meant to be 925 sterling silver. The plating is dreadful and no stamp. Now im being ignored!

Fell for the sob story that her partner passed on Facebook, then after being duped into a £65 order I saw further posts on Instagram claiming it was her son had passed! Got my sister roped into the scam and both conveniently received the "lost in transit" email. Company are responsive but not to my requests for a refund! Not convinced my items will arrive or be of good quality from other reviews on here

For info just spotted an advert on Instagram for this jeweller claiming to be closing down. Something about the advert looked wrong so just did a google search and found these trust pilot reviews I have reported the advert on Instagram as fraud

Don’t trust this at all. The photo of the elderly couple is AI generated. Sob story is there to lure you in.

Do not order from this company, I have contacted them several times regarding my 30 pounds order. You will lose your money and not receive any goods, someone needs to shut this company done.

Please do not make mistake as I did and most of the people as you can see. This is totaly scam! I placed order on 7th August, on 15th I got information that my package was lost! Till this day I haven't recieved anything. Then send me another tracker which is fake! I will dispute this transaction with my bank. Please avoid!
