Certus consultants have undertaken two surveys for me now - the first requested due to it being a competitive quote, the second requested on the strength of the meticulous and extremely professional report produced with the first experience with the company.

The service from start to finish has been consistently excellent.
Coordination in the first instance has been undertaken promptly, surveys have been undertaken shortly after instruction, and communications throughout have been excellent. Not only was the survey undertaken at a time to suit us, but it was completed and returned to the lender straight after being undertaken.

Jon Matthews’ expertise was clear from the outset - with technical proficiency over a breadth of property matters being extremely helpful. Not only was the survey delivered in a timely fashion to satisfy the lender’s requirements, but the whole process was extremely informative and useful overall - very much appreciated.

Giles carried out a survey on a house I was buying. He called me the same day with a verbal update and promptly issued a detailed written report, including photographs which illustrated the problems well. Giles explained the issues to me clearly, so that I was well placed to address and resolve them with the sellers. Giles was very helpful throughout, and effective in describing technical matters in a way that I could understand.
