Excelente servicio. No tenía a mano mi certificado y lo solicité a Certiprof por correo; tenía una urgencia para entregarlo en mi trabajo y el mismo día me contestaron eficientemente. Lo que no me pareció fue en relación a la página de certiprof, no fue muy intuitiva, nunca encontré la opción para iniciar sesión, además tiene muchísima publicidad y movimiento. Llega a abrumar.
