Don’t be fooled by the price. It is easy to undercut the opposition when you don’t actually fulfil the contract.

If you have signed up with this company you have just wasted your money.

I believe you should avoid at all Cost, a bunch of cowboys, do anything to get out of doing work, and they also have some very rude staff, and never have a manager available, I think they are a very small company pretending to be big, pay the extra and get a good company, because it’s false economy.

Very friendly, patient and helpful customer services. Reasonable price.

They would not come out to fix boiler and then kept taking money after I told them they had effectively broken the contract. In the end I had to cancel my credit card to stop them! Then they kept harassing me with endless emails till I blocked them. I do wonder if people who have given good reviews are simply rating them on price and if they have ever tried to call them out.

TERRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THESE ARE A SHAMBLES. They dont even provide the basic level of cover expected and they use any excuse to avoid doing the work. I had cover with them for 2 properties and they never once came to do any work. They just fobbed me off with technicalities as to why they wont cover me. Ridiculous. Pay extra and go with British Gas.

Very good service was given by advisor,very happy with Certi boiler cover,will definitely recommend Certi boiler cover to friends & family..

Easy to set up and value for money with no excess.

I had spent most of the day comparing cover from various providers and then I stumbled across Certi... Their cover was far more comprehensive than the others I had seen... I had no hesitation about signing up...
Website was clear and easy to negotiate and set-up took less than 5 mins... It was a breeze

The service of certi for me very very BAD this is not helpful I want to be cancelled my boiler Insurnce?

Doesn't offer annual payment service, only monthly. So can't get cheaper price by paying annually and peace of mind. Hard to find on Google, maybe Google only interested in large comparison sites. Found by looking around for an hour! Then compared with other similar services. Good on simple boiler cover price of £10 per month, plus no excess limit and annual service as well.Also no limit to callout for repair of boiler, great for boilers over 10 years old,as some won't cover boilers over 7-10 years old.

Have just bought the policy so have not yet needed to use it so I’m not in a position to comment on how good this provider will be in practice. My 4 star rating refers only to the online purchase process which was ok and pretty easy to follow

Trade descriptions have told me certi have breached there contract by taking the money and still no engineer after 8 days. I have sent in complaint by recoreded delivery on the advice if trading standards.
