1* is too good for this company I have been with them for two years and not had to call them out until recently, all I needed was for someone to come and look at a tap I think it needed a new washer, I was told someone would contact me they didn’t, and when I called back they said my claim had been rejected , I asked to put in a complaint and was told someone will contact me, I’m still waiting, I also only had 1 service in this time as parts of the year they don’t do Services ??

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! i have Certi boiler cover for 2 years, i was sold a package that would cover me unto £2000, this was a lie.
if you have a boiler that is broken or faulty Certi will find the cheapest possible replacement and allow unto 65% of the cost of that in repairs, so basically on a £500 boiler(which mine was) they will allow £325 worth of repairs then nothing else. this is not a lot at all once you factor in contractors labour and parts + VAT. i asked to speak to a manager on day one of contacting Certi as i had no heating and no hot water and 2 18month old baby's in the house. the manager finally contacted me back on day 4 only to reel off T&C's that mean Certi don't have to pay for a thing. you will be better saving up the monthly payments and paying for repairs yourself it will be cheaper. there is only 1 contact number that puts you through to a operator who is nice but has no clue about the process and says they will call you back and they never do. it has caused me so much stress and worry specially with 2 young babies. i could have had a new boiler installed on day 1 or 2 but instead Certi string you along taking there time and then tell you 4 days later there is nothing you can do. i also never got the 'free boiler service annually' they promised in the 2 years i had insurance with them.

Very Poor service, would not recommend at all!
I switched 10 properties over to certi what a mistake, I saved a lot of money but thats it.
I phoned in September for an october gas safety certificate. Was told their engineer would contact us, never did. The estate agent that manages my property also had called them 106 times but was on one occasion promised a call back but nothing. I have had to pay another company out of my own pocket to get it done.
I complained as its the same person that only answers the phone when eventually she does answer, i complained to her stating they have left me with no choice but to pay someone else to get the landlord safety cert completed and i would like them (certi) to pay me back as they appear to be incompetent in doing their job.
The lady on the phone said she will hang up on me as she does not deal with legal issues. I have sent several emails to ask for an entire refund as this company is not professional in customer services and has been falsely claiming things. They do not do as they promise which is what i signed up for and therefore are unable to deliver their promise.
Its a true saying you pay for what you get. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, I HAD 10 PROPERTIES INSURED WITH THEM AS I HAVE CANCELLED EVERYONE TODAY!

Reported a leak in my upstairs bathroom over a week ago, water coming up through tiles. I have had emails and a text but NO PLUMBER and the leak is getting worse. Very poor customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the product. My advice - pay a bit more and choose a reputable company.
