Best service for my situation
I was a bit upset, because I made arrangements to receive a call from Jon on 9/08/26 at 6pm and I never received his call. I just happened to receive an email this afternoon and that's when I called Jon.
I believe that this program is going to be great for my situation.

Shaun, thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry about the missed call. We understand how frustrating that mix up must have felt, and we appreciate you letting us know. Jon was tied up on another call at the time, and we'll be sure he's coached on communicating any delays going forward. We're glad you were able to connect with him afterward, and we're optimistic this program will be a great fit for your situation.
