OK just tedious with paperwork ,kept wanting the pension predicted by doing Gov .UK but that kept saying zero as too young

3rd time central trust has helped…
3rd time central trust has helped out...very thorough making sure you can afford the repayments so you don't lose your home...so now i can finally upgrade my kitchen and bathroom thanks to Josie and Jenny and the work that was put in for the underwriters

Great experience with central trust, completion of loan held up by other parties, as soon as this was sorted ,monies payed out with days. Highly recommended.

We take any expression of dissatisfaction very seriously and I am writing in response to your comments, because I could not leave them in the public domain unchallenged.
I want to begin by apologising that we were late calling you. Our advisor appointment slots start 9am and the advisor allocated to you was caught on an inbound call which led to a 10 minute delay. Unfortunately this is something that was out of our control. With regards to your email, this was not seen by the adviser before your allocated time so it was not possible to call you any earlier.
As you will know from other reviews, your view of our service is both far from the quality of service we aim to deliver and the vast majority of those rating us here (our current average rating is 4.6 out of 5).
Regardless, we will take your feedback on-board and ensure that there are less delays if you ever need to use us again in the future.

Hi my name is Bilal we applied a loan 1 month before with central trust nd the agent who sorting the loan for us is Name called Richard he is totally a useless he wasted our 3 weeks when we start the application we told him everythng clearly nd he said everthing is fine nd when we done the sign documents after that he started new things everyday a new thing he really disappoint us so then we cancel the loan application with them nd going throw with another lender.so my point is if anybody need a house loan nd have a good credit history then get a loan from bank nd if u have a bad credit history then plzz plzz go with any other lender dnt go with central trust cuz they r so annoying nd time waster.
