Customer Service
I have not picked up my order as of yet, but customer service is top notch. I had a problem with my email and they reached out to fix he problem on their end very quickly. Jen is a Rockstar for all the help she did with not only my email but assuring me my order will be ready with enough time for my grandsons 1st bday. I will definitely be using Center City Print Scranton location for any of my printing needs.

Great quality and pricing, accurate turnaround times, will be coming back
This is my first Trustpilot review, but I relied on these before placing my order, so I wanted to return the favor. I was a little skeptical at first since I’d never heard of Center City Print, and their prices seemed almost too reasonable for the turnaround times they offered. I half-expected there to be a catch or to end up dealing with a frustrating customer service experience, but everything was completely straightforward.
I’m a graphic designer, so I didn’t need any help with the design or upload process. I sized everything properly, chose my print type, and placed the order without any issues. The only thing that could’ve made the experience even better would be having tracking information. I received an order confirmation email that mentioned the typical 3 to 7 business day turnaround and linked to their general turnaround page, but no tracking details. Since the prints were a birthday gift, it would’ve been nice to have a clearer idea of when they’d arrive.
That said, my order arrived within 4 business days (7 days total, including a federal holiday and shipping to California). The prints came out beautifully. Great quality and perfectly on time. Overall, an easy, seamless experience. I’d 100% order from Center City Print again if the process is always this smooth. Thanks again!

Needed an order pretty quick and found CCP in a Google search. Never heard of them, but...desperate times.
I placed the order, reached out to ask about speed, got an email back pretty quick to start working things out.
The prints came on time and were perfect. Service is excellent.
The only...not complaint, but more suggestive...I am a tracker, I like to know where my packages are and I never got tracking info or delivery updates. Maybe something to consider.
But, overall, extremely pleased.

Good service
I love everything about this service, I just really wish the prints were cut on a precise measurement! I have a 1/4" extra margin on the sides that I have to trim by hand and while it's not the end of the world, my customers expect an exact measurement of prints, so it's hard to give them the perfect 8x10" and this minimal trim means that their prints will not fit perfectly in an 8x10" photo frame. That being said it's not the end of the world because the quality is great and print time is pretty minimal. Overall I'm happy with the quality & find it's an inexpensive way to print high quality artwork and the likes

Good posters for the price!
My 18x24s are a little muddy, but at this price I'm more than fine with that! I'm going to be selling my art posters at an expo, and these will certainly do the job. BUT, if you're ordering with the idea that they'll look like PRINTS (they are listed as both posters and prints) you will be disappointed and should kick down the $$$ for giclee prints to sell.

Excellent Quality
This was my first time ordering from Center City Print. I worked as a graphic designer for a commercial printer for many years and I can honestly say their online ordering, printed product and turnaround time was top notch. Best Print Shop Ever! They do local and ship!!
Fantastic customer service! Submitted a large print job online, called in with some questions and requests that were not listed online and they performed them at no extra cost!
The price per page is FAR cheaper than any other retail print shop especially Staples or Office max. I was very pleased with the print quality, I went for a budget print and the paper thickness/quality felt like it could’ve been an up-charge! Additionally, they had my job completed SAME day for in store pick up!!! This was such an incredible experience I wish I had more things to print, they make it so easy!! I will 10/10 use them again!!

I ordered several large posters prints and a bunch of smaller color prints, all intended to be framed as artwork. The quality of the prints are exceptional--vibrant and deeply saturated. Something that I really took note of was how carefully the prints were packaged. Someone took great care in making sure they arrived in perfect condition. Best of all, the price can't be beat!
