The booking was not confirmed I was…
The booking was not confirmed I was told it would be Monday 22. That was about 2 weeks prior to the date. Being a Monday the booking should have been confirmed before the end of the previous week with an estimated time given ie morning or afternoon as it was I wasted a whole morning and got 10 minutes notice the service man was arriving.

Customer service is fantastic
Customer service is fantastic, whenever I contact staff are lovely and friendly,was happy enough with the water system been serviced, only thing was the technician was very odd, didn't really want to have a conversation or small talk just a question and expected a yes or no answer suppose everyone is different,some people are just quiet.

I requested call back from customer…
I requested call back from customer service team as engineer did not complete service
The unit has slot of debris in unit itself and was not cleaned out or salt replaced
Engineer just replaced filter unit under sink so therefore as customer not accepting this service

Culligan Water Softner and Reverse Osmosis
We had 2 brand new units fitted by Culligan recently. (formerly Celtic Water Solutions) Water Softener and Reverse osmosis units.
Since the installation, (10 weeks ago) the reverse osmosis unit has broken down on several occasions.
Each time when we tried to contact Culligan technical support, it took hours to get through, with no call back provided. On 2 occasions, a technician called out and fixed the issue, with part replacements. We would have preferred a replacement unit, but that was not forthcoming.
However, now the unit has failed again, (Unit 10 weeks old) and Culligan are impossible to contact once again.
The technicians that called out are brilliant, but the company support team, are atrocious. For this reason I would say avoid Culligan, and go with a different company.

Service of water tank and drinking tap was done tidy and fast. Issue to book an engineer. However took a number of weeks to get an engineer out to do the job on a time that suited working people.
