Last 2 year I've been charged €170 for…
Last 2 year I've been charged €170 for service with a salt bag included. This year when booked I've promised same service for €180 and on arrival completely denied for salt bag and was asked to pay €16 extra. Also when I called customer care a gentle man repeatedly said we never heard as if were giving salt bag too.
Such a bad service no proper care even though being charged extra.
Will have to find an alternative. 👎👎

There are 4 filters . Only 3 changed. No arrangement made to fix the problem. Only sweet talking to cover up the negligence . If Culligan acquired the business then handle it . Don’t pretend as all is well.

Very poor service
Hi,
Initially we received a text for annual service, the text said reply book which I did and after that no more.. So start calling your given contact number no one answering the phone,
It’s all machine. After a day I called again someone replied then transferred to other line same no one reply.
Then last week Friday someone answered my call and book me ff week ,last Monday. I waited to 8 am to half 2 , So I phoned them fortunately the 3rd customer staff assured me it will done the ff day Tuesday 8:30am & it’s done..It’s not the same w the previous service provider like Gulf and H20,I was not treated fairly , I’m sorry to say , you need to improved your service..I’m not impress,

Darren was very personable and professional...he replaced the filters and explained everything . I spoke with John the next day and he too was very helpful and a lovely person to deal with. I would definitely recommend Culligans👍
