Katherine is literally amazing! When my package arrived, I was super excited to open it. When I did, I quickly found out that they had ship the wrong ring to me. I reached out to Katherine and she expressed her apologies to me and made sure that the correct ring will ship out to me. I was pleasantly surprised when I recieved my Bvlgari Serpenti bracelet. It was beautiful and the craftsmanship is superb. I read the reviews prior to ordering and and was even more impressed after opening my package. It also came with the bvlgari box, bag & documents. I encourage anyone on the fence to try them. Have not received my order yet, so can't comment onthe quality but customer service is amazing. I was concerned that I needed a larger size bracelet and messaged them to see what to do before the order was shipped. They immediately responded and have been great discussing options with me. They clearly want to ensure that people have a great experience. Would definitely shop there again!
