Te piden un primer pago de 29€, para comprobar la legitimidad del teléfono. A continuación te dicen que es correcto, y piden un segundo pago de 41€.
Una vez pagado, a los días dicen que el teléfono es robado, y que no pueden hacer nada, cosa que no es verdad.
Les demuestras que no es robado, dicen que van a hacer un reembolso, pero nada, pasa el tiempo y nada, dan largas.
Vamos, que son unos ladrones, estafadores.
Esta es mi experiencia, muy desagradable.

Woooooow this company negotiated with AT&t for my inpaid bills and I paid less percentage and now my phone is unlocked and I even thought it will not work so I took me some time to pay the rest of the amount for the unlocking and finally after they guarantee me the full payback if failed. You never know if you can trust websites that say that they can unlock phones. I was skeptical because I have a iPhone 15 Pro Max that was locked to ATT & that I was making payments on. So when I payed to inquire about an unlock and then paid again to submit, I was very on my seat about it. When it came back and said due to a balance (which was true because I was making payments on it) and then told me that I was have to pay $299 to submit an unlock and that if it worked it would forgive the balance on the phone, too? Color me super skeptical.

I paid and then I waited several days for them to work their magic. This morning I got an email for them saying that my phone was actually unlocked. I rebooted my phone and low and behold it says no sim restrictions. I was shocked, they really came through.

Cant say enough how much I recommend cellunlocks.com. They were true to their word and now I have an unlocked phone for international travel/

As you have read this is a scam. Stay away from this company. After days of waiting to unlock phone they made another excuse why they couldn’t. They didn’t offer a refund but a credit. They offer no other service so I will lose my credit. They are a scam stay away.

A complete scam site. What looks like a charge of £23.99 to unlock your phone is cruelly just a charge to tell you your phone is locked - then they want another £26.00 to actually unlock it - assuming they can do what they say. I haven't the words to describe what I'd like to do to the criminals who operate this scam.

A scam, first they make you pay a small amount of 20-24$ and when you pay they tell you that everything is correct and that you have to make a second payment to unlock it, from there mysterious problems appear and they keep the money , it doesn't matter what you say or do.
Una estafa,,primero te hacen pagar una pequeña cantidad de 20-24$ y cuando pagas te dicen que todo correcto y que hay que hacer un segundo pago para el desbloqueo, a partir de ahí ya aparecen misteriosos problemas y se quedan con el dinero, da igual lo que digas o hagas.
