demande de déblocage pour le service ICloud sur un iphone et au final, j'ai payé 27€ pour rien§ Au bout de 5 minutes ils disent qu'il faut repayer 44€!!

It's a scammer.
They refuse to refund and ask for additional fees, citing terms and conditions.

cellunlocks is a full of scammer. They first offer you 29$ unlock service in the name of eligibility checks, after that they charge another money.

The iphone I want to unlock is already sim unlocked and they want to charge it for sim unlock. I told them to refund my money but they didn't talk about it and didn't refund my money in the name of "Eligibility Checks"

I tried some other software which provide unlock service and it doesn't work and I got refund money from them without asking anything when I claim.

But cellunlocks stealing people's money. I said never order any of their service in future.

there page ismisleadaing at time of first checkout its says im ordering an unlokc code then after it changes to check elgibility butim in a time restictedas i need to have my phone unlocked for a funeral internationaly so i followed and made the second payment and it said it would be delivered within 4 hours its now been 24 hours still no code and there customer service claims to reply within 30 mins i asked them a question 21 hours ago with still no reply but ill give them the benefit of doubt untill tommorrow morning then i will submit the receipts and order since this would be considered fraud in the usa false ad or bait and switch as i have all evidence i know the consumer prot will love to hear this in the uk which has much better protection laws

The process is not what you expect , the service is kind of pure scam they are not said the final price at first when you make first payment they ask you another payment which not right for people who doesn't understand their product , and the first payment cannot cancelled after you paid which meant if you go through step you have to pay another expensive to complete , if you design not to go next you will lose the first payment for free for nothing is around 30$ , I could say this website is white scam making money from people who don't know their process , do not use this service , is a scam for sure

As many have mentioned, it starts off with saying youre getting this 'type of service' then you pay and it becomes an eligibility check and they request more money from you. DO NOT believe the other good reviews, they are FAKE.

This service did a bait and switch on me (as do they frequently I have since learned), however even worse than that they followed up by stealing funds from me in essence. First they charge you to check the eligability of the phone (turns out there are much better ways to do that for free); then because the only reason youre even there is because its locked (RIGHT), they tell you it is locked and needs a more expensive "premium unlock". I was aware that I still had financing on the phone and that it would automaticaly get unlocked when that was done however I had the day before had my 3 phones unlawfully seized by a little police dept with nothing to do apparently, and since I refrused to give them my passcode to access all my personal data, they kept them in "evidence" for a crime that a year later now I have not been charged with.

Anyway I needed my clients to be able to reach me so since I had one of my back up phones remainning I reached out here, and asked them if they could unlock. It initally said I was eligable to unlock for $28.99 so I went with it (better than paying off the phone I thought)...sure. So after their fake liottle program spining around for a few hours, a message comes up and informs me:
"Thank-you for ordering your unlock from CellUnlocks. Having run our eligibility checks against your device, we are now pleased to inform you that the unlock for your iPhone 13 (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), previously locked to T-Mobile USA, is now ready.

To release the sim unlock for your device now which will be sent Over The Air using either 3G or Wifi, please login to your tracking page"
Once on the tracking page it tells me I need to do their "premium $58 unlock" which I hope will get me to the end of it. They charge me again for

Description: Unlocking Payment for xxxxxxxxxxxxx (iPhone 13) locked to T-Mobile USA
Amount: $58.00"
I go ahead to do that and after another crazy long wait, it proceeds to then tell me the obvious that I already know, which is that there are still device payments being made and it would have to get paid off to proceed with the unlock. This was their message after stealing the first payments:
"Please do not reply to this email as the email box is not monitored. Please use the Support Tab in your tracking page for any queries

Unfortunately your IMEI has been rejected on Standard Service, due to being either In Contract, Financed, No Active Line, or Outstanding Bills, and requires T-Mobile USA Premium Service.
There is a balance owed on the account, please check your tracking page for information.

SO for $271 now, they can ACTUALLY do the job. At this point I should have realized they were useless since I could have already done that on my own, but the pitch isn't bad and they even said they could get me a discount on the payoff (of course I now know they accomplish this by collecting the reduced payoff and NOT paying it off at all, then some other way obtain the unlock which of course makes a consumer assume they did do the payoff which unlocked it. I finally got this message and the next day it unlcoked:
"Thanks for your order!
Please note this payment will appear on your credit/debit card statement as CELLUNLOCKS.

The rub is that since they never did pay it off and I remained having monthly payments with a balance due to this day, it means they could have easily used the same software to unlock it on the previous attempt (but they would have been $271 poorer for it).

I am going to speak to the carrier and see what, if anything can be done to right the wrong here and also since I realized this now see that they in their email receipts mention nothing about payoff of the phone (however on screen during, and prior to the process they do and it is very clear so I am glad I took screenshots though the process....still, this is why I call it a classic "bait and switch". This was all done on the 24th; on the 26th this was the final message I got from them, indicating nowhere that the payment I made to them was premised on the payoff of myh phone. Previous to that I had paid both the $29 and $59 services and I already knew, that there is financing on it and that they cannot unlock it. They can however, they claim, expedite the unlock by collecting the amount due on the phone and another fee. I was not sure what I owed at that point and in hindsight should have just called T-Mobile and paid off directly and unlocked. Bottom line...BUYER BEWARE (I didn't even notice my payments continued for 12 months& still has a balance

It was an easy process from start to finish. First step was the run the complete review. Easy step by step instructions. After that was completed, the unlocking process started. It took approximately 12-15 hours. Once you follow all the instructions, you don't have to do anything. Once it is complete, you will receive an email. It was an east process to unlock our phone.

Scam.

After you pay the initial fee, they ding you again for an unlocking fee. They even have a screenshot of the small print from the original order page zoomed in on the fine print saying they’ll want more money.

You know, that thing they assume everyone will not see because it’s not clearly outlined but they are aware of this deception because they shove it in your face before they hit you with a second bill.

Dishonest company. I’m disputing the charge on my credit card.

Use doctorSim. They don’t trying and fleece you and they’re cheaper too.

I paid for unlocking my A1 austria network and it turns out I paid just some “ eligibility “ fee and not unlock. In first payment they never mentioned eligibility fee. After that they asking for more money to unlock. Don’t fall for it. They don’t have refund but Im gonna call my bank to stop payment
