Just a terrible first human hair wig experience. When I ordered I realised it wouldn't arrive in time and tried to cancel. They argued me in circles until I agreed to keep it, promising a partial refund if I did. I never received the partial refund.

When the wig arrived I got it out of the box and was immediately hit by a fishy odor so strong it made me retch. It smelled like an untreated infection. I have since put it through several recommended treatments to remove the smell and nothing has helped, it stinks a month later as badly as it did when it arrived. I haven't been able to use it at all. Customer service is nowhere to be found. Just awful.

The hair quality exceeded my expectations; it is absolutely exquisite, delivery was faster than I expected. I’m extremely satisfied and will continue buying exclusively from Celia.

I have been a customer since 2023, and I have had very positive experience. The wigs I purchased back then is still in my collection and I am still wearing it today, which says a lot about their quality. Their customer service is awesome! This makes a huge difference especially when shopping online. Stop scrolling!! Add that wig to your cart and shopping with confidence. You won't be disappointed.

Didnt have clips in the front/sides of the wig just one in front & one in back ! Hair quality good but not secured ! They wanted to refund me 5$ but what im I going to do with that ?
