Very helpful customer service in the Great Yarmouth branch. He advised me to order the goods on as they had stock and it could 5 days to get the goods. Online I received my order early the following day. Thank you.

Don’t waste your time
They useless
Can’t even spell the name on the invoices even when they have the bank card with the name
Prices are different depending on depending who is there working at the time
Disorganised
Quality of products not as you expect for the place

Fantastic Customer Service
I had a problem with a delivery, called the Gt. Yarmouth store, they were incredible, they called up the delivery company while I was on the phone, sorted the problem and they made me feel like I was an important customer. The next day the delivery company called to make sure that I would be in. I was so impressed by CEF, and shocked and surprised to receive the great customer service when most companies don't care. A fantastic company to deal with. I will be using them again.

Slow service!
Took a long to get served as no one was at the till, rang the bell twice and when I eventually did they didn’t know if they had my order. No one knew what was going on! Poor service! Probably wouldn’t use again. Tried to track my order that also didn’t work!

Have used CEF now for over 6 years and can not fault the service amazing products at a fair price.
