I received excellent customer services at the Bedford branch last week when picking up my order. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Thank you.

This is the first time I have used CEF and I’m very impressed with the product ordered and delivery service. After researching the internet,CEF had the item in stock, which I ordered at 2.30pm and selected next day delivery. This was delivered the following morning at 9.15 am. Exceptional service.

Found exactly what I needed, but was unable to collect, so delivery it was. Delivery charge on par with other companies, but being able to choose when it was delivered was great. Id certainly use the site again and would highly recommend others too also.

I was served by Paige for a long list of electrical items that I needed. She put the list together for me and because some of the items needed more attention, she call Andy to come and assist.
After establishing exactly what was needed for my project, Andy talking me through the ordering online process instore and the order was placed!

CEF have been more than helpful to me the service was excellent and I would recommend this company all round for service and supply. I ordered a data cabinet from the company there was an issue initially. I went to them a I could not fault there response. They went that extra mile to make sure a replacement was sent out even bringing this personally to my home from the shop. The Customer Services is tops. So I have no reservation in recommending this company if you have major works and need a company you can rely on for major suppliers and need to be able to discuss you needs with or any issue they rely respond carefully politely responsibly and helpful in all really top service.

Terrible lost my parcel couldn’t tell me when I was to get it. Stopped in all day waiting.
