We are VERY sceptical of working with consultants/agencies after being burnt massively by several in the past.
After a recommendation of Callum and CB Social, we decided to give it a try on a short term project.
We have now been using CB Social for approx. 4-5 months and will most certainly continue this partnership.
Callum offers a 'one stop shop' and instantly understood our product, brand and offering and conveyed the messaging to our audiences perfectly.
We have now taken CB on a much longer (12 month rolling) project and have entrusted them to oversee almost all aspects of our campaigns due to the amazing results seen so far!

Their approach is well rationalised with a simple to understand strategy, and transparent review metric. Excellent service
Callum has been extremely helpful with our paid Facebook advertising and has massively increased our ROI based on our previous provider. Traffic through paid ads has increased and we’ve seen him use different methods to help to increase brand awareness and target customers.

We are delighted with our partnership. We have quickly increased social purchases and gained new clients with the work CB Social has done on our Social Advertising. New Ideas are coming through and weekly/monthly reporting is streamlined with a test and learn approach which is refreshing to know that we are in safe hands.

Best Paid Social experience I have ever received.
Working with Callum has streamlined our Paid Social channel massively. We have seen a nice increase in sales instantly at an increased ROAS.
We were struggling to dial up our spend at a good ROI but CBS have smashed it out the park!
