CBI Electrical and Renewable Installations focus primarily on the installation of renewable energy sources such as solar panels. But we also provide a wide variety of electrical solutions and installations. We are a family own company based out of Galashiels in the Scottish Borders but undertake work all over the country. We are happy to take enquiries or provide quotes to new and existing customers and pride ourselves on efficient service with stellar results. Pretty outstanding!

These guys made the installation of solar panels straightforward nad took no time at all. From our initial enquiry (which was responded to in 24 hours) to the final pack of documentation, I cannot find a single fault. The installation process took 2-3 days and we were kept informed of the process at every step. And boy, do these guys work hard. While there is daylight, they are working! We are saving money, the installation looks great and the pricing was very competitive.

Solar, Battery and Backup Instalation

Christian and his team came to do a site visit and have been very responsive at every turn.

The installation was completed quickly, there were teething issues, which Christian resolved working out of hours to ensure there was no disruption.

Very happy with the hardware and the extra yards the team have put in.

Solar and battery installation

Solar and battery installation on house.
From first point of contact took time to explain most suitable system and provided quote which was happy to proceed with.
Work was carried out efficiently and to high standard. Took time to answer any questions along way and post installation to ensure best results achieved from the set-up.
Installed system in February and already see a massive difference in electricity.
Would definitely recommend.

Professional, Reliable Solar Installation

Cristian and the team at CBI Electrical installed our solar PV and battery storage system to a very high standard. The installation was completed efficiently, and the workmanship is excellent.

They handled the technical aspects professionally, including the G99 application and commissioning paperwork, and ensured everything was operating correctly before leaving the site. The backup gateway installation was also completed as agreed.

Overall, we’re very pleased with the system performance and the quality of the installation. I would happily recommend CBI Electrical to others considering solar and battery storage.

Highly recommend

Cristian gave us a quote and was good enough to accept the same day. Installation was completed within a fortnight and done amazingly within a day to a very high standard. Loving my solar and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks
