IMPORTANT FACTORY NOTICE — PLEASE VERIFY YOUR PURCHASE SOURCE This Trustpilot profile is intended only for reviews of purchases and customer service experiences made directly through the official CBD Watch Factory website: cbdwatchfactory.com. If your order was not placed through cbdwatchfactory.com, please do not review CBD Watch Factory on this page. Your review should be left for the seller or business you actually purchased from. Some third-party sellers use the names “CBD” or “CBD Factory” to market watches that may not be manufactured or supplied by CBD Watch Factory. These products may use different materials, construction methods, movements, dimensions, plating, weight standards, and finishing. Because of this, if you purchased a so-called “CBD” watch from another website, social media account, forum seller, dealer, or reseller, we cannot verify that the product is a genuine CBD Watch Factory product. Only customers who place their orders directly through cbdwatchfactory.com should use this Trustpilot profile to review their purchasing experience with CBD Watch Factory. CBD Watch Factory began on the manufacturing side of the watch industry, specializing in high-grade watch components, custom cases, replacement dials, bezels, gem setting, gold plating, and watch customization. Building on years of experience in component development and manufacturing, we expanded into complete watch production in 2024, applying our own standards to construction, dimensions, weight, movements, plating, finishing, and overall detail. As the CBD name became more widely recognized, products with different specifications and quality standards began appearing under the CBD name. This is one of the main reasons we established cbdwatchfactory.com as our official website — to provide customers with a clear source for genuine CBD Watch Factory information, product standards, and official contact channels. For more information about genuine CBD Watch Factory products, or to learn how to identify genuine and imitation CBD products, please visit cbdwatchfactory.com or contact our official customer service team.

I previously bought a so-called CBD watch from an unofficial seller, and the quality was disappointing. I recently purchased one directly through CBD's official channel, and the difference is noticeable. The quality, weight, and finishing are much better. I really wish they had established their official website sooner!
Communication was smooth, and I was able to check the watch before shipping. Delivery was fast, and the watch arrived safely.
Wish I met sooner,They explained everything thoroughly, I was worried at first about quality but it is top quality, was shipped fast received within 7 days. CBC trust.
