My son suffers with insomnia and anxiety and I bought 500mg CBD isolate for him. He loves it. It has solved his sleep issues and he is more focused at work and relaxed in general without feeling sluggish. I have been using this product for the last 3 weeks, mostly consuming it in my green tea before bed which has helped massively with my insomnia. I have also noticed that it helps with my muscle recovery after an intense workout. Highly recommend!

This product was recommended to me and I was dubious as I have tried other CBD products for my chronic insomnia to no avail! I purchased the 500mg and been taking recommended dosage for over 1 week now to great effect!
