It won't let me redeem on their site. I kept getting a no positive or negative transactions on this account message. So they tell me I need to contact support to have some link sent to me to cash out and add my bank details to it. Link seemed super shady. It even came up as a pay site a lot of acammers use. Well the link didn't work anyway. They said they would get back to me. Well now they claim my bank statement I sent doesn't match the address on my account. Well it DOES. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

Wow the reviews here are really horrible, I'm very new so just reviewing based on Gameplay. I spent 10 for 20 and was winning well but then it just wouldn't hit anymore. After reading some of the reviews I'm scared to put more money but I'll think about it. I do see some have cashed out. New Casinos have some issues so I'm still going to do 4 stars because this isn't the first time I've lost on my first deposit. Absolute scam WARNING! never put your own money into this site I bought $60 dollars of coins with my own money no bonus money nothing and turned it into a $126 playing roulette and I did all the verification they needed to redeem and then when I went to redeem they banned my account for "winning to much" basically the real reason was my betting patterns "violated terms of service" which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard do not play on this site they will never honor redeems!!

They give you money for signing up but then you can't play that money they give you except on certain games for their playthrough requirements. Sounds like a rigged site I know they all are but this more than others. Don't waste your money or time. One more site I'll never go to again.

I am formally escalating a withdrawal processing error on my account.
I am fully KYC verified and have previously received multiple successful withdrawals to my verified bank account. Despite this, my most recent withdrawal was processed to an unverified prepaid card that was only ever used for deposits and is not a withdrawal-eligible method.
To be clear:
My account is fully verified
I have an established history of verified bank withdrawals
The prepaid card used was not verified and deposit-only
I did not request or authorize this withdrawal
Processing a withdrawal to an unverified, ineligible payment method constitutes an internal payout error and a failure of standard KYC/AML withdrawal controls.
I am requesting:
Escalation to Payments and Compliance
Written confirmation of the status and location of the misdirected funds, including the transaction ID and processing date
Reprocessing of the withdrawal to my verified bank account or restoration of the funds to my account balance for proper withdrawal
I expect written confirmation of escalation and next steps within a reasonable timeframe. If this cannot be resolved internally, I will proceed through formal external complaint channels.

Absolute waste of time and the whole experience screams scam. I reached out to them to close my account and requested a refund of all purchases after I realized this was not a legit site. They had me jump through HOOPS verifying my account just to deny me the refund (quoting their TOC of course) and say they will “look into” closing my account. Absolutely unacceptable. I plan to file a complaint everywhere I possibly can.

Everything was going good until I was done verified. And then I got to the cash out it sayed I could only do a one every 24 hours. I spoke to support too twice tonight and nothing got resolved. I was supposed to have email hopefully soon. I will edit my review and give it a fair review. If I do end up cashing out and if I do I will consistently play the site. If you buy a package, your playthrough is locked on that package and the site will not let you play through to another package until you've lost all your SC. This means if you buy a package and are below the redemption threshold, you have to lose all your SC even if you have 99 redeemable. Stupid system no other sweepstakes has used!

I just did the welcome promotion and I played for a while. Stuck to the games I like which this site has, I really don't know why this is rated low I got scared by the reviews and said let me give it a shot anyways. I put over a hundred but never win anything. While playing, you can tell that it’s really hard to hit the bonus or if ever you hit, the bonus/scatter is so small.
