Bonjour j ai réservé pour 3 personne Catch it atetion c et de l arnaque même hôtel me la dit par le responsable je suis arive sur place pour un efant 9an j ai du payé 730+1675 il veulent pas rembourser atetion je demande de l aide réserve plus avec il réponde même pas au réclamation je veux avec tous le mond déposé plainte

I booked a hotel for 9 nights with CatchIt via Trivago about 9 months ago as it offered a significantly cheaper rate. I then read the reviews on Trustpilot I began to feel concerned that I'd made a mistake.

However I'm glad I ignored the reviews as my experience was spot on. To be on the safe side, I confirmed my reservation directly with the hotel about 3 weeks before I was due to travel.

On arrival at the hotel there were no issues whatsoever and in total I saved around £1k booking with CatchIt versus other hotel booking websites.

No issues at all. Was worried from the reviews on here. After booking (10 weeks in advance) I emailed the hotel to make sure they had the reservation a few weeks before, which they did. No issues, payment went through fine,reservation confirmed, all fine at the hotel.

Can see why people would be dubious given the lack of contact details and others experiences, but no issues at all on my end.

Booked accommodation with this company arrived at the property and there was no booking. Tried several times to contact them telephone numbers not in use and no reply to emails. We arrived late and hotel was sympathetic but they didn’t have booking or availability we had to find and book somewhere else.

We booked expensive taxi journey to belconti resort belek expecting luxury holiday only to find out that the hotel is fully booked and we are cheated on our money. Now we are heading to different hotel and getting lesser room than the one we booked. And we paying for the taxi journey

BUYERS BE AWARE! CATCHIT.COM IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!
Made Hotel Reservation and had to Cancel after 2 hours. from total of $270 they deducted $81.
When i made th Reservation, it clearly show REFUND within 24 hours, but they'll not honor that.

catchit.com the best website for booking hotel , i booked portobello hotel its 5 stars all inclusive, in antalya turkia from 16 june to 19 june , they give me the best price , it more cheaper than other websites by 1000 euro , i really highly reccomend catchit.com

Booked a room through Trivago on this website and when i reached the hotel they had no booking and their support numbers and email ids are fake.

Ho prenotato un hotel e pagato sul sito catchit.com,ma al mio arrivo ho trovato una brutta sorpresa ,non c'era la mia prenotazione ho dovuto alloggiare in un altro hotel,nel frattempo ho contattato il sito ,la risposta "c'è stato un errore con il numero di prenotazione e sarò rimborsato.Sono passati 2 mesi e dopo diverse mail ,mi comunicano che non sarò rimborsato perchè non mi sono presentato in hotel.Ho perso 180 euro ma sicuramente loro perderanno la faccia ,ho denunciato tutto alla polizia.

I was really worried after I booked with catch it and read the trust pilot reviews however I shouldn’t have been! Got a great deal on a 5 star all inclusive in Turkey for £400 cheaper than other sites- so glad I decided to go for it!
If you are worried I would recommend making the reservation during the period that you don’t pay and then checking with the hotel that they have received the reservation before paying but as I said had no issues and be aware most people will write reviews when things go wrong and not when they go right!

Ich habe im November 23 in Madrid 2 Zimmer für Ende Februar 24 gebucht.
5 Nächte je Zimmer für 655 je Doppelzimmer - OHNE einen besonderen Preisvorteil für Buchung von 2 DZ.

Kostenlose Storno-Option bis zum 21.2.24.

Musste dann aufgrund Absage unserer Begleitung das 2. Zimmer am 11.2. stornieren.
Antwort: Wir prüfen und VERSUCHEN zu stornieren.
Der Betrag wurde bereits vor Ablauf der Stornofrist von der Kreditkarte abgebucht.
Nach langem Hin und Her war es durch, aber ich sollte nun für das 1. Zimmer 831,46 bezahlen.
Ausrede: angebliche Sonderaktion - stand aber nirgends...war bei Buchung halt der beste Preis im Netz. Nachdem ich dieser unseriösen Praxis nicht zugestimmt habe, wurde die ursprüngliche Buchung beibehalten und keine Stornierung durchgeführt.

Das ist für mich modernes Raubrittertum in der Hotelbranche und solche Anbieter müssen von der Bildfläche verschwinden. Hoffe, meine Bewertung trägt dazu bei, und hält viele von einer Buchung bei diesem Laden ab.

Booked through Catchit and a week later got an email saying there is no availability at the hotel that we booked and 'not to be angry' as they have got us a room at another (far inferior) hotel instead. Cancelled.

This is a scam site how can trivago even let them use their hotel booking app ! Iv contacted police and bank I have my flights booked and now no hotel and no money to book another hotel with one ! What a set of crooks I needed this trip so badly I’m going in hospital and was so looking forward to this get away and now iv no funds to book any hotel because they have not refunded me they need stopping ! As if life isn’t hard enough I rang them and was laughed at them hung up on ! Absolutely disgusting behaviour I feel like flying to Barcelona head office and demanding my money back !

Der Buchungsvorgang über "Catchit" hat reibungslos geklappt.

Nach den negativen Bewertungen war ich skeptisch und habe im Hotel nachgefragt, ob für uns eine Buchung besteht.

Das Hotel hat uns die Reservierung bestätigt. Somit habe ich keine Bedenken. Wir sind auch nicht zum ersten Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel.

Es wäre schön, wenn auch mal positive Erfahrungen geteilt werden und nicht immer nur die negativen.

Ich versuche seit Tagen eine Buchung zu stornieren. Immer Error. Jetzt muß ich meine Kreditkarte sperren um eine Abbuchung zu vermeiden. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt!

Booked a hotel via Trivago. Used Catchit as they were quoting the lowest price.
Arrived at the hotel to be told there was no booking. The booking was marked as pending on the site but the money was taken out of my account. Called Catchit and was told the rate had changed. They then charge my card with an additional fee.
Had I of known I would not have booked with them. AVOID.

ARNAQUE Nous avons réservé à l'hôtel Boreal à Nice via Catch IT. Arrivé sur place, la dame de l'accueil nous dit qu'ils ne travaillent pas avec ce site mais seulement avec une poignée de site connue. Nous avons donc payé 136€ pour rien... Nous. Comptons porter plainte

Rien a dire, le site a garder tout notre argent et nous avons dû repayer un autre hôtel, en passant cette fois ci par Booking
