An excellent experience.
The Catalyst personnel with whom I had contact were all extremely helpful, from the receptionist who was my first contact to the engineer who dealt with my problem. They were all understanding and gave excellent advice, whilst also dealing with the problem efficiently and giving further advice.
I have nothing but praise for them.

They advertise no obligation services…
They advertise no obligation services but the volume of calls and emails says otherwise. Their only purpose of the call is to say you have to pay in full before they will book any work in. They aren't interested in you as a customer but they will take your money quite happily.

Good Afternoon Mr Brown,
We apologise that you feel that the team contacted you more than you felt necessary.
The survey in Jan 2024 identified issues with your drainage which needed attention.
We emailed to ask if you wanted a quote to complete the repairs. The handler called 2 times following this and received no response so we closed our file.
In Jan 2025 we received an email some 12 months later asking for a private quote, we advised due to the length of time since the original survey we would re CCTV. This survey revealed that the issue had deteriorated and was no longer suitable for lining.
We rescoped the works and you agreed to proceed. The handler was then in contact to arrange the works to take place.
Folowing on from a conversation with the claims handler he was concerned that the issues would continue to get worse.
Again please accept our appologies we were only trying to assist with your ongoing issue.
First class service
The communication from the company was first class.
They gained permission from the neighbours, and informed them when the job would go ahead. Everybody happy.
The guys on site, Chris and his colleague, were professional and courteous.
They found the problem with the water supply straight away (where a previous contractor had failed). They installed a new water supply pipe to the property very quickly.
The site was left in as good as new condition.

The contractors were thorough in investigating and repairing our water leak. They worked none stop whilst on site and were friendly, professional and courteous at all times. Would definitely recommend if you get issues with water leakage.

Great company
Catalyst were really helpful in sorting a leak on my water supply pipe. The engineers were very good and knew what was needed to repair the issue. The follow up phone calls were appreciated and the issue was resolved really efficiently

Catalyst were Great
Catalyst were great, very friendly customer services. They re-sleeved my aging cracked and root infested drainage system. The chaps who did the work were very respectful and professional, even trying to minimise noise as my daughter was sleeping after her night shift 👌👏 I overpaid due to a miscommunication and they refunded me instantly, highly recommended company 🤩

Repair to my water leak and reinstating my step
Catalyst contacted me quickly and arranged dates that best suited me. On both occasions I asked lots of questions and got very polite answers. On both times the jobs were done in a timely manner and the contractor had to deal with my nasty neighbours in a calm manner also.excellent service

Very helpful
I was a bit put out when I realised that everything is online these days, I don't know how my husband would have manged as he doesn't use a computer. Saying that I found Catalyst services very helpful, especially as I was panicking over the problem I had with my drain. I was pleased with the firm they put me in touch with to repair my drain.

An amazing team
What an amazing team are Rob and the boys. Came and fixed my elderly parents water leak which they located instantly (unlike the water company). These boys really know their stuff. On top of being great at what they do they were kind, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Also had a courtesy call to make sure all was ok a week or so after!! Would recommend this company in a heartbeat and have their number saved for the future.
Thanks lads for a first class job with first class customer service 😁😁
