I wish there was a zero rating. Fake product, sent in a trash bag from Texas. Criminal. They offered me 20% refunded (which I haven't received)... or I could send the fake Uggs back to China on my dime.

Total scam. Based in China, no customer service, products are fakes. I foolishly placed an order, realized two hours later my mistake and sent an email to cancel, there is no phone number or any other way to communicate with the business. They did not respond for three weeks at which point they said it was too late to cancel the order. Product arrives wrong size and it’s a fake. My mistake for ordering from them. I hope others will not make the same mistake.

Never received order! Thank God I ordered thru PayPal I'll dispute this charge I didn't notice this company was in China. BAD BAD BUSINESS! SAVE YOUR COINS you won't receive a thing!

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my boots back in December. It's Jan 10 and I still haven't received the boots or my money back! Total Scam!!

Bad bad experience! Ordered but never received the boots. Help shut them down by reporting this company to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov

Please please please don’t buy from this company. It’s a scam! U may finally get your product after waiting months but the product is trash and not what it’s supposed to be! Wish I would of read the reviews before spending $110 on knock off Uggs!

What a horrible company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought dark green Uggs from these people. What's worse I went back the next day and bought a second pair. I didn't get a order number for either order so I emailed them and tried to cancel the order. Premier Trust Store emailed me back stating that unfortunately the order had shipped. It was only a few days after ordering and still they had not sent a tracking number or an order number for either order. Everyday I emailed and told them I wanted to cancel. I always got the same response. They claim that their location is in Nevada but in reality they are in China. I called my credit card company and am disputing the charges. As soon as I told them that I am disputing they send an email with the order and tracking numbers. They were still claiming that it had been sent already and clearly they were lying because I could see where it was. Fast forward a couple more weeks and this morning I got a pair of shoes, dumped in a bag cheap knockoffs that I paid 117.02 for. These are not Uggs as they passed them off to be. I would have never ordered them if I thought that they were coming from China. I could have bought the same ones at Walmart for 20 bucks instead of 117.02. I called the credit card company today to inform them of the new development. I have tried to email Premier Trust store (that who emails you back) and they just keep sending the same email. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I can not stress enough don't do business with these people. Also the return address on the package has a Grapevine Texas address. SCAMMERS

How is this company still on Google? I feel like it's not even a real company. Do not buy anything from them. Still waiting going on about 1 month after I ordered. I am not even going to ask for a refund I am going to tell my bank this was a fraudulent charge.

Absolute SCAM!! Paid over $100 for a pair of FAKE UGGS! These are all cheap garbage shoes that smell of chemicals and filth. Do NOT buy anything from Casual Comfort Sandals.

The site showed the picture of a beige hey dude looking shoe. If you moved to the second picture it was a totally different shoe. This is fraudulent sales.

I ordered a pair of sandals on Nov 29th. They charged me twice. I immediately asked them to cancel the order, now it’s Jan 2, and they refunded me once, but I still have not received the second refund… or any product or confirmation that product was shipped.

Unfortunately, I too fell prey to the inexpensive prices and pretty pictures but, like everyone else has stated, this company is a scam. Placed a Christmas order on 12/7, still awaiting order as of 12/30 and shipment hasn’t moved from China since 12/20. They won’t cancel my order since it’s “in process” so having to do it through my cc company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Just another Chinese scam company... I ordered my wife a pair of shoes on the website 2 WEEKS before Christmas. It's now Dec 27th and the shipping company has yet to receive the package!! Beyond pissed!

I placed an order on December 13, 2024. The company never sent me a confirmation email, despite me taking screenshot of my order and confirmation #. I have contacted them several times to no avail. The only model of contact is a help ticket. There is no customer service #. They have not tried to rectify the issue or let me know when I will receive my order, despite me paying for expedited shipping. I have waited a week longer than their longer than their standard 3-5 day processing time. At this point processing has been 13 days and I have heard nothing. I now see many others have been scammed as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

China scams USA!!
I Barbara Jones, purchased a pair of casual sandals for my grandson. On 12/5/24, I placed the order. Payment cleared my bank on 12/7/2024. Kept gets notices that they were shipped, I tracked the info, they were in New York or New Jersey on 12/20, 12/23. Well it’s Christmas Eve and I don’t have a gift for him! Thanks a lot, I will be contacting my bank on 12/26/2024. Especially after seeing these reviews!
Shame on China!!

ordered 11/22 said shipping and receive in 7-10day. Christmas eve and nothing. last update went back to China! WHAT!!! No reply from email sent to CS dept. I checked this site out before. No where does their company address say CHINA!. NJ is listed. deceitful CHINA companies playing with Americans. I thought I was supporting an American company. I will contact my bank and report fraudulent activity. I'm not sure how I didn't check the reviews first!!!!
