The worst!!!!. SIX weeks for my size 8 sandals to arrive, only to receive a size 10.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Complete scam. Fake uggs took 6 weeks to arrive. No customer service. Website pretends to be American and it’s Chinese fake scammers

Well received the fake Talisman Ugg slippers today. Obviously I won't be getting a refund from this scam company.
If I could upload pictures I would.

Order was placed Dec 27, 2024. As of Jan 31 still no shoes delivered. Tracking number they gave says it was delivered on Jan 20th but I never received anything. When I contacted them they said take it up with the courier.

SCAM! Shoes advertised as UGGS....NOT UGGS but a cheap knock off.

I tried to cancel the order a few hours after ordering but it didn't stop the order and only got a cryptic reply to my cancellation email days later. It took more than a month to get the cheap producut

1 star is all this place deserves. First of all, products are described as originals but are knockoffs and nowhere does it state the products are coming from China. On top of all this, it took almost a month to get my order.

Shady company! I ordered the Tasman, (fakes) and it took a month to get here! Label said shipped from California but obviously came from China! I see they have shipped from all different cities in the U.S. to make them look legit! I sent a nasty email! The return policy says they need to be returned in original package (a brown bag)! I am not shipping back in a garbage bag even tho the product is garbage! DO BETTER CASUAL COMFORT!

Absolute scam. Ordered UGGs for my daughter. Appeared to be a Vegas address. Ok. Then email from Canada. Shoes shipped from China in a bag. Haven't opened but extremely light. Tried to return. Want them shipped back to China.
I contacted my credit card and they are investigating and have luckily credited me.
Absolute scam and the website should be banned from Google/search engines.

Zero stars if I could. False advertising, bait and switch, zero customer service…horrible experience. I purchased what I thought were (and what were advertised/pictured as) Hey Dudes Wendy slippers for my daughter for Christmas. Boy, was that a mistake. First, I ordered them after being led to believe this was an American based company as the website states they’re in Las Vegas. (They are in China). Secondly, I was given tracking info IN CHINESE, which was next to impossible to track, and this was AFTER I requested a refund from PayPal after no communication. And FINALLY, once I received these shoes yesterday (Jan. 29), I open the package to find they were cheapo, carcinogen-chemical smelling, crap imitations of what I had ordered. If this store comes up in your shopping search, keep scrolling because they will take your money, have you wait forever and then send garbage.

These are absolute fakes. There is no way to track shipping.

Buyer beware
“Ugg” slippers straight from China delivered in 8 weeks in a plastic bag. Literally 1/4 the weight of real uggs and only about 10% less than buying from scheels. Suspicious business practices don’t believe return policy.
( basically) I have to provide shipping back to China ( tho the USPS origin label is from a Texas address) costs as much as I paid for these low quality shoes.

Sold as Tasman shoes,$99.99 a pair.
Address of company is given as Las Vegas, NV. The order notice came China. The one package mailed to me came from Chicago, Illinois.
I ordered 2 pairs of Tasman slippers at $99.99 each plus $30+ shipping cost.
I only received 1 bag with one pair of slippers- the USPS tracking number only applies to that bag. I am been waiting for someone to reply to my plea for assistance in giving me the USPS-tracking number for the second bag. Without the tracking number on the second package, the USPS have no way of finding the second bag.

Number sent to me to verify my Trust Pilot message was 2026.

I would give it a negative star if I could. I ordered Tasman UGG slippers and got a five dollar knock off from a dollar store but charged $108.

I ordered 2 pairs size 8 and 8 1/2 of beige snow boots $39.99 each.
After waiting a month I received them but they were not what I ordered. Instead of a good looking snow boot they were flimsy, hand sewn, no ties and they have an odor. I sent an email complaining about this order and required a refund! I’ve not heard back from them as yet.

Do not order from this company. I ordered what i thought were UGG Slippers for my granddaughters birthday. I ordered in December, 2024. They just arrived on January 24, 2025 and were a KNOCKOFF shoe. I immediately emailed asking for a return authorization form to return them. They will not respond to my email. These knockoff shoes were $99.99 but they gave me 15% off. I wouldn't pay $20 for them. They came from China and smell horrible. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! I had to turn around and order UGG shoes the same dayt.

This company is garbage. I ordered a pair of shoes for a christmas gift on 12/11/2024 and paid for 2 week shipping. They arrived on 01/18/2025. I attempted to cancel the order on 12/16/2024 and only received a response on 01/13/2025 saying it was too late to cancel. I have requested return instructions and a full refund for over a month even before the shoes were received and am now being told I can pay to ship them back to China for a partial discount or keep them and receive a 20% discount or a 50% gift card. Absolute garbage fraud of a company. Please report them to the BBB if you have not already.

They steal your money… don’t order from them… terrible customer service and a scam.

Before I bought Uggs off this website I looked it up and it said its reputable but IT IS NOT. They sale fake shoes. Purchased a pair of uggs as a christmas gift and this website was only who had size I need. Received them Jan. 10th, 2025 and they are fake. Trying to get my money back now

Same bad review as previous reviews! Completely fraudulent advertising on products and customer service is terrible. I’m trying to return fake UGGs and they will not respond! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered. I ordered product in December for Christmas and they still have not arrived. Has anyone requested a refund?
