I had a very disappointing experience with Cast My Memory. It has been over two months since my hand cast was made, and the service is still incomplete. I specifically ordered a circular base with a dome, but despite repeated follow-ups, the dome has not been provided. The base I received is plain white, so I can’t even display it properly as it’ll catch dust without the dome.

I’ve made multiple follow-ups through messages and calls — most of which were ignored or left on seen. The communication has been unprofessional and inconsistent. As a paying customer, I don’t think it’s fair to deny a major part of the product midway after taking the order and confirming the design.

I either expect the complete product (with dome as promised) or a full refund since the service was never completed. Extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend until they improve their communication and accountability.

I had booked a hand-casting service from Cast My Memory for my parents’ 30th anniversary in July 2025. While the product was partly delivered, the transparent dome that was part of the agreed service is still pending after over two months, despite several follow-ups. The company has stopped responding to my messages and calls, leaving the service incomplete and unusable.

I am writing to file an official complaint against Cast My Memory, a company providing hand-casting services, for incomplete delivery of a product and for repeatedly ignoring follow-ups despite several attempts to resolve the issue amicably.

Details of the transaction:

Service/Product Booked: Couple hand cast with circular base and transparent dome

Date of Order: 29 Jun 2025

Expected Delivery Date: 27th/28th July 2025 (parents’ 30th anniversary)

Actual Delivery: 29th July 2025 (without the dome)

At the time of delivery, I was informed that the transparent dome for the circular base would be delivered later, since my order was completed on a priority basis. However, even after more than two months, the dome has still not been provided.

I have made multiple follow-ups over this period through calls and messages, most of which were ignored — my messages were often left on seen and my calls went unanswered. When I did manage to speak to the representative (Ashirwad), I was told that a circular dome “will not be possible” due to supplier issues and was offered a re-casting on a rectangular or square base instead. I had already reviewed and rejected those options before placing my order, as I specifically wanted a circular base. I declined this new proposal, after which there has again been no response from the company.

The current model has a white base, and without the dome, it cannot be kept on display as it will easily gather dust and get dirty. As a result, the cast has remained wrapped and unused for over two months — making the entire purchase practically of no use so far.
