I’ve written a review about this company before and have been told today by trustpilot unless I give my details to them within three days they will deem that the original post is not a true reflection on how this company operates.These people will walk on to your property to gather information before approaching you.

I had an outstanding experience with Castle Eco Solutions during the ECO4 project. From start to finish, their entire team demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and impressive efficiency. The employees worked quickly without compromising on quality, and their attention to detail was remarkable.

What stood out most was their professional approach – every step of the process was handled with care, precision, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best results. The team was not only fast and reliable but also knowledgeable, making the whole project smooth and stress-free.

Castle eco solutions have a great team of insulation installation engineers and plasterers. We had a little issue with the plumber they assigned to the project but in the end the management did a fantastic job of sorting things out.

On the whole I am satisfied with the outcome and looking forward to saving on my bills.

We had the first stage of our approved eco improvements completed yesterday by Castle Eco Solutions.There was quite a lot of disruption but this was carefully and considerately managed to enable us to remain in our home. The team respected our property and went the extra mile which impressed.
The difference it has made is incredible.
James Dean (not the film star) Matt Hargrieves and Irish Josh made the work seem effortless. Nothing was too much trouble and their plastering knowledge was outstanding. Roll on phase 2!

I had some work completed on my house today and the loft team came in and did what they did in a professional manner. They also sent an electrician to put in two extra vents who was one of the most polite and approachable tradespeople I have ever met. He was so careful with our personal belongings and literally insisted on cleaning our home back to a spotless standard. Thank you Rick

Just has Electrician from Castle Eco solution he is call Jordan, he was very polite, respectful and patient while we ask questions and he was explained very well, he is best electrician i met so far .

Kyle and Rick recently installed our entire heating system and solar panels, and we couldn’t be more pleased. These two men are by far the most professional electricians we’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, their attention to detail, knowledge, and quality of workmanship were outstanding. They were punctual, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us.

Both my husband and I were genuinely impressed—not just with the installation itself, but with the care they took in leaving everything spotless afterward. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine skill with such professionalism and respect for your home.

We highly recommend Kyle and Rick to anyone looking for top-quality electrical or solar work. What more can myself and my husband say. They’re simply the best.

Absolutely brilliant job done by castle eco from start to finish these lads were on point. As my house being a corner terrace I had the full insulation done and storage heaters and solar panels. Now my house is so much warmer and costs have come down massively. Furthermore the lads were brilliant couldn’t recommend these more to anyone.
