David Jackson, Ryan & Jenna have been unreal, jumping to correct an error with my order and a problem that occurred during delivery. All members of the team acted immediately and professionally.One of them was at the end of the phone to reassure, help and guide me always.The customer service i received, from the 1st call making enquires on cast iron radiators, through to the last updated email has been nothing but phenomenal!!!
I would highly recommend this company & will be back in the future with another large order for sure.

I contacted cast iron Radiators in Yorkshire to get me out of a hole after I was let down by another company who sold me 'polished radiators' that were truly awful. Cast iron radiators limited were brilliant. I had my order of 15 column rads within 10 days and they could not be better. My advice is not to shop around too much as there are lots of time wasters out there - just go with the biggest and most established company. That is what I will be doing with my next client... I was shocked to find negative feedback on this site as i have nothing but praise for them. Whilst renovating my home I looked for a local company to advise and make the radiators i had in mind. I'm so glad i never looked on here first as i would not of used them, which would of been a great shame. The process from start to finish was nothing short of professional, the ideas i wanted were met and exceeded, the customer service was excellent and delivery was on time. To use a British company is important in the current climate and i am so happy I did!!

I bought a few radiators from cast iron and left with a great taste in my mouth. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the delivery was quick and painless and the radiators look fantastic!

I really can't say anything positive about this company. Poor service from start to finish. 2 weeks delivery window went into 4.5 without so much as an honest answer from the staff, blagged new delivery 3 times and then finally lost my temper as wasted 3 days waiting for non existent deliveries. Finally delivery was late and dumped in my driveway all 250kg of radiators and I mean right in the middle so no cars could go in or out, very poor choice of third party handler. Finally opened packaging to find quite frankly very poor cast iron radiators, castings very low quality no obvious finishing (needed grinding off). Spray job was quite frankly a joke and the poor packaging meant the items were also deeply scratched. So they had to go back. Arranged for collection 1st attempt nobody turned up, 2nd attempt nobody turned up in the am slot, then lost my temper items finally picked up that afternoon, refund has been agreed and items returned, have emailed for full refund lets see how long this takes…… Overall the worst customer experience I have ever had. If these are manufactured in the U.K as claimed then god help this country if it wants to make things as these looked as if they could have been made in a dung pit! Go elsewhere!!!!

After the worst customer experience ever……This company is choosing to ignore my emails for a refund which they verbally agreed for defective goods. They have already had the goods collected so where is our money? Still no refund after nearly two weeks or response.

I placed an order for 2 radiators and 2 sets of valves on January 30th. I checked their delivery times page that said "5 days".

On February 14th I called three times to ask what was going on (they never call back, despite promising) and I was told that one of the radiators was out of stock, so they changed the order for another style. They couldn't send the first radiator on a separate pallet as it would cost too much, so both would be sent together, arriving February 21st. In the meantime they would send the valves, arriving February 17th.

Tuesday February 18th the valves hadn't arrived, once again they promised repeatedly to send them that day, arriving Wednesday 19th. Still didn't appear so by now I give up and wait for it all to arrive together on Friday 21st.

Friday arrives and one radiator shows up and one set of valves. Once again they promise to send the second radiator on Monday 24th, arriving Tuesday 25th. Radiator hasn't showed up yet again, no one is calling back. I have no idea when it will arrive and I don't believe a word anyone at the company says.

This is the worst online shop I have ever come across and after looking for other reviews it would appear as though I'm not the only person to have had this experience.

Under no circumstances should you use this company, there are plenty of alternatives out there.

I visited their factory after such a bad experience elsewhere and this company certainly seem to be the biggest. Was Very happy with the radiators
