Cassidy and Tate Anmeldelser

We are so grateful to Nick and the C&T team for all their help selling our house. Nick's advice and experience when our chain hit bumps was hugely reassuring. The team communicated with us promptly and regularly throughout the process. Thanks all.

We recently sold our house through Cassidy & Tate
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional service.
Graham in particular ensured that our experience, in these unusual times was as smooth as possible.

Responsive, helpful and made the whole buying process straightforward. Kris was always friendly and professional. I would recommend Cassidy & Tate in St Albans.

Hannah and Annette are always so helpful and sort out any problems I have quickly and efficiently! Thanks so much!

Cassidy & Tate have been incredibly easy to work with. They respond to any queries/maintenance issues promptly and without fuss. The team are great, all very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Annette in particular has dealt with any query in a friendly, professional and prompt manner, ensuring our dealings with the team have been smooth and stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Cassidy & Tate.

We had been unsure of when we would sell our property for a couple of years, and had used them for valuation and advice, which proved to be very useful help when we put the house on the market. Graham Coton gave the valuation, arranged all the photography and brochure which were all excellent. Graham and the team were very professional and easy to work with, and arranged all viewings to a very successful conclusion, easing every little bump along the way, and ensuring that our solicitors were all working to our joint schedule. A very happy and stress free experience - thank you, Graham and the team.

We bought our house through Cassidy and Tate and what a fantastic experience. Attentive, thorough, and with a great sense of customer service. Kris was a star from our first visit to what now is our home. Highly recommended!

I would just like to put into words my experience in the sale of my house in St Albans during the most difficult time of early spring this year. After speaking to different Estate Agents i decided to instruct Cassidy and Tate and I am so pleased I made that choice. The professional but friendly way in which Kris represented Cassidy and Tate made the whole process a successful one. I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis and their interaction with other Agents in the chain made sure we reached our goal. In the most difficult of times of Covid-19 Cassidy and Tate came up trumps and would thoroughly recommend their services.

As ever Gemma has been really quick to respond, happy to help with any queries and I'm very pleased with the service we receive from letting our property. Thank you.

Thank you to all the team! Great service, they let 10 apartments for us with 3 weeks, I would definaitly recommend them.

Cassidy and Tate beat 3 other top agents to get the sale of my house because of their understanding of who the house could attract, their creative and quality approach to marketing and the experienced, yet straight-talking approach of agent, Graham who dealt with the sale. I couldn't have been happier with the result he achieved for me. The overall level of professional and committed service was excellent with clear communication, an expert approach to maintaining the sale momentum and to considering my requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I recently contacted David Tate for help with setting up a new tenancy. He referred me to his colleague Gemma Stewart to assist me with this matter. Both Gemma and David have been friendly, efficient and helpful. I can't fault their approach and customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in this area. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Excellent service from Nick Doyle who negotiated the sale professionally and very actively through some significant difficulties to a successful conclusion. I've dealt with many agents over the years and Nick is among the very best.

Very good and efficient service
Cassidy and Tate were recommended by friends and they lived by the expectations. The advice and professionalism displayed by the whole team and Graham Cotton in particular was second to none. The property was sold to asking price and remarkably quickly. The whole process happened very smoothly. I would go to Graham again in the event of a future property sale.

We've had a great experience with Duncan. He was quick to respond when we asked to view a property, and slipped in a sneaky visit to a surprise property alongside it - which proved to be the one. Throughout the process he's kept in frequent communcation, and been helpful throughout. He'll certainly be first on our list to call when we come to sell the property in the future!

Duncan at Cassidy & Tate has been so helpful with our sale and purchase. His assurances and confidence shone through and he has been a man of his word and delivered on everything. Above all Duncan has always been available to speak with and the communication has been excellent. This man strives for success on behalf of his clients and we have felt looked after and aware at all times. Many thanks Duncan! 👌

We sold our house with Cassidy & Tate and Duncan in particular was fantastic. He managed to sell our house before marketing started and was patient, responsive and tenacious throughout. We felt fortunate to have had him on our side throughout the process and he added value over and above what we initially expected of an estate agent.

Exemplary! I only had a very small property to sell but I was made to feel as special as if it was worth a fortune. I can’t fault the attention, kindness and service I received from Nick and my heartfelt thanks goes to him, he is a credit to Cassidy and Tate. I would like to add that when other members of the team passed me on the street or saw me at the door they always smiled and said hello as well, which meant a lot. Couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough.
