Cassidy and Tate Anmeldelser

Great service in the renting of my property and also terminating another. Thank you Siobhan and Stephen for your speedy messages and quick action.

We sold our first house with Cassidy & Tate several years ago & we did not hesitate to come back for them to sell our property again in 2021. Service & professionalism is second to none. Big hands up to 'Kris', who ensured everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Huge thank you to Duncan at Cassidy &Tate who did an amazing job of getting our sale over the line on the last day of the stamp duty holiday!

He went above and beyond to make it happen for us and the whole team at Cassidy and Tate really helped up be able to move to our lovely new home!!

I would like to take a few moments to recommend Duncan at Cassidy & Tate to you if you are looking for a professional, efficient and low hassle sales process! Duncan came to us after other agents had not managed to find proceedable buyers and others who had pulled back due to COVID-related issues. Despite the stamp duty break clock ticking, the deal got done with two days to spare! Many thanks Duncan!

Graham was a pleasure to deal with and after not getting a viewing the previous weekend on a house he organised a Friday evening viewing. We loved the house, made an offer ( saved 20 viewings from happening the next day ) as the offer was excepted. It certainly made up for the disappointment the week before and on balance it was for the best. Being new to St Albans he recommended a conveyancer. Graham and his team smoothed over a few hiccups but made the whole experience as seem less as possible.

Kris, at Cassidy and Tate finally sold our house earlier this year due to the covid situation and another problem Kris kept us well informed throughout, it was far from straight forward but with his experience and perseverance dealing with solicitor's etc we got there in the end. I would recommend him and Cassidy and Tate to all who need a estate agent.

10/10 service from the get go - Duncan looked after the sale of Our property and did a fantastic job in keeping us in the loop through out the course of the sale process

Hannah was very efficient and accommodating during the purchase process. She was very responsive to emails and was able to deal with all queries quickly and professionally.

Duncan at Cassidy and Tate came highly recommended to us for the sale of our property and he has totally surpassed all expectation. He has been approachable, professional and accessible throughout the entire process and has managed the various elements of the sale with exceptional expertise and professionalism. He has openly communicated with us throughout and expertly navigated us through to successful exchange of our family home. I highly recommend his services.

Graham at Cassidy and Tate did an excellent job in assisting us to sell our property. It was not a straight forward sale and Graham had to think out of the box on many occasions in order to keep things moving. He was always quick to respond to queries and offer advice.

Nick and team were thorough and responsive throughout our recent purchase, during what was clearly a busy and stressful period. Undoubtedly a cut above certain other local agents we have encountered recently.

As a vendor, I had a very positive experience with Cassidy & Tate.
Duncan managed the sale with care and attention throughout and when we faced a few major setbacks (that were out of our control) his experienced approach was a great asset to getting things back on track with a great end result.
I would highly recommend Cassidy & Tate to anyone looking to sell their property.

Cassidy and Tate were marketing the property that we have purchased. The process ended up taking much longer than we anticipated with lots of twists and turns - through no fault of Cassidy and Tate I must add. Throughout the process Graham went above and beyond what was expected to keep everyone positive and to get the deal done. Thank you.

Graham has been excellent throughout our sale and purchase. We came up against a lot of hurdles and he was positive, professional and helpful throughout. Nothing was ever to much trouble for him and he helped me retain my sense of humour. Thank you so much - excellent service.

First class service from Kris Bartos. It was so helpful to be able to have one really helpful contact throughout what turned out to be not as straightforward as it appeared at the start. The communication was excellent, and with his help, advice and skilled negotiation, we got there in the end. Thank you.

Very pleased with the service from Graham Coton of Cassidy and Tate who oversaw the sale of one of my properties. I felt I was in safe and experienced hands and his advice on various aspects was very helpful and astute. Recommended.

Sold our house through Cassidy & Tate last year. Cannot recommend them highly enough given my previous house moving & estate agent experiences. Graham Coton was our guide through the whole process and was always available to answer the smallest or biggest questions. He confidently sold our house at asking price during a pandemic and bought his expertise and that of the whole C&T team to ensure the sale. Thanks to Graham and his team.

Had a good experience selling our family home. Graham Cotton and Kris were responsive and helpful. I would work with them again in the future.

Had a really good experience with Cassidy and Tate and a special mention to Grahem Coton.
Sold the our house without any problems and everyone involved was very helpful.
