Nick did a fantastic job when we sold my mother-in-law's house in 2015 and so he was the obvious choice on selling our house. We have finally completed on our purchase with the help of the selling Agent. Yes the selling agent. Duncan from Cassidy and Tate was so helpful and professional. Always ready to help and went far and beyond to help all parties involved. Liasing with myself and the buyer as well as my solicitor. All happy to take his call and make a call to him, as he is such a helpful and friendly person. He never made me feel that I was taking too much of his time. Eventually when I come to sell hopefully not for a few years yet. I will hunt him down to act for us. An asset to his company. As a mortgage advisor I have contacted many estate agents. Duncan is by far the best to work with.
