I ordered my items 7 days ago and they are still in pending shipping status. I've emailed twice and all I get are empty promises of them closely monitoring the shipment of my items. It now been 3 days since my last contact and they're still in in awaiting shipment status. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate company or a scam being run. I just noticed that their customer service rating is a 2.3 out of 5 stars which explains the poor service that I am receiving. I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company.

Very poor service they did not have my size and would not refund me. I had to go to Paypal do not purchase from this company.

Stay away from this shop,you never get what you order
You only get very bad cloths, not at all what you are paying for,and they never take it back.

Lying thieving website. It would be lower if I could. Do not use or you will lose money

Oplichters; alles wat je bestelt kunnen ze niet leveren, dan kun je een voucher krijgen of een alternatief product bestellen maar ook dat hebben ze niet.
Je krijgt een stortvloed aan mailtje met verontschuldigeingen maar het is allemaal AI-werk en na 4 weken heb ik nog steeds niets ontvangen en ze kunnen geen geld terugstorten.
Ook de foto van de winkel op de website is fake!

Trap er niet in want wat je besteld krijg je niet kwa model en stof klopt het totaal niet als op de website. Er zit geen retourlabel in de verpakking met het gevolg dat je zelf €17,50 plus invoerkosten moet betalen. "Nooit meer"Slechte Zaak.
