Good product, good communication

Excelent for a wide range of products at affordable prices. The website offers many things which are difficuly to get elsewhere, and for people who struggle with deliveries, like myself, the click and collect option on orders £30 or more is perfect.

The company provides an excellent service within store and mail order.

Everything was fine, and the goods arrived quickly.

I have found everything I need online. The staff in store are so knowledgeable and helpful; I always spend more than I intended, but come home excited to get started on my next project.

Easy ordering, items arrived promptly wrapped in materials I could recycle. The paints have intense pigment so a little goes a long way. Very pleased with my purchase.

Since leaving the review below, cass art reached out and I sent pics of the problem, lack of pigment. They assured me they would be in touch with the manufacturer and sent me a new set which I'm happy to say are all beautifully black. Thank you cass arts for the no quibble reply and resolution.

I bought the artists pigment fineliners pack and yes you do get what you pay for. These are terrible, initially they seemed fine but a few weeks later the pigment is now coming out much weaker, grey rather than black. I thought maybe shaking the pen would help, which it did but although it came out black it also came out in a big pool and ruined what I was drawing. If I could return I would but I had them a while before using them.

From ordering to delivery the service is fast and efficient. There are no art shops in this area so I rely on you to provide a wide range of quality material . I have never been let down .

Good, fast service but I had some issues with the E gift card system.

Disappointed in the sale price disappearing without due notice, or information of when the sale would end. 1 day the item was £105, the next it cost me £140. Both times the price was classed as a sale price - so no discounts could be added.
