Had a great experience with Casita in booking student accommodation in Ireland. The entire process was smooth and I was guided through everything. Kanchi Rajput helped me with the entire thing. I'd recommend everyone to use Casita as the platform to book any student accommodation as they provide services for multiple countries.

Very disappointing experience with Casita. We booked student accommodation for my sister after being promised a cashback offer, which influenced our decision.

Now, months later, other students in the same accommodation who booked through different platforms like Amber got their cashback. However, those who booked through Casita including us were told by the accommodation that they never received any cashback related information from Casita.

When we contacted Casita, they denied having any record of the offer and said the agent who promised it is no longer with the company. They are now asking for screenshots as proof, which we unfortunately don’t have, and are refusing to honor the cashback.

This pattern raises serious concerns and feels very misleading. It seems like this could be part of how they operate.

I strongly recommend others stay away and be very cautious before trusting any offers from Casita.

My experience with Casita was smooth and quick. My consultant, Kanchi ma’am was very helpful and always available quickly whenever needed. She gave me quite a few options to choose from and also answered my questions well. She does her job really well. It was a convenient and easy process throughout.

Consistent follow up by Jeetesh was my deciding factor! He was well informed n prompt in his response. He enhanced my trust! Good work! Hope you continue the good work later too!

Was initially very happy with Casita. Sumerdeep was very helpful and helped me to find available accommodation for myself. However, I was informed viewing was not available and made aware of the £100 application fee, which I could not afford. As a result of this I contacted the accommodation, who said viewing was no problem, and allowed me to apply myself with no £100 fee, making that element simpler.

After messaging me for several days afterwards, I was asked to ‘kindly assist with an update’ which I did. Following my honesty I was made to feel guilty about going directly to the accommodation and simplifying the cost element for myself, despite being thankful for the efforts. As this conversation continued I was made to feel stupid for apparently misunderstanding what ‘viewing is not possible at the moment’ meant. As apparently all this meant was because it was a Sunday night, which can’t be true as I was informed it was because very few rooms were available. Not keen on the lying and guilt tripping I experienced, especially since Sumerdeep had absolutely 0 knowledge of my current situation. Don’t waste your money.

Mr. Ankush was my agent and he really helped me in finding a safe and comfortable accomodation in Melbourne. Thanking the team for the quick responses.

Moving on with casita for my accommodation process has been the best decision I have made. Shivani maam, Akshat sir and Sahil sir are really cooperative and helpful. They have been available everytime I am stuck anywhere in the procedure. The support has been excellent and they even try to help the students by going out of the way if possible. The whole complicated process looks really simple because of them and the entire team. Really grateful to all of them♥️

I booked my accommodation smoothly through Rishika, the whole process was hassle free, she helped me out really well, I would totally recommend them!!
