So I wrote to the registrar and hosts after weeks of spamming and abuse and the “casinomaniazone” site has been shut down. Thank you for your support Trustpilot. I’ve spent hundreds of hours literally reporting these fake casinos and it makes my efforts worth it. It’s great that we can help stop people getting defrauded!

Constant SMS spam from this fraudulent gang

I have sent the following to the police, registrars, hosts tonight - I’ve had enough. If you’re having the same issues or have been defrauded by this gang, I suggest you send something similar to the domain registrars and hosts that they are using : abuse @ namecheap.com, cloudflare.com and nicenic.net and also report to action fraud if in the UK and your local cybercrime police if youre outside the UK
“I am formally reporting two domains that are demonstrably operated by the same criminal spam/fraud gang and link to each other:
casinomaniazone.com – registered with NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED (IANA ID 3765)
77casiroom.com – registered with NameCheap, Inc. (IANA ID 1068)
Both registrars are ICANN-accredited and therefore share identical obligations under the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (Section 3.7.7 for NICENIC / Section 3.18 for NameCheap) to investigate credible reports of illegal activity (spam, fraud, phishing, unauthorised disclosure of personal data) and to take appropriate action, up to and including suspension of the domain.
Summary of criminal activity
Unsolicited SMS spam sent to UK numbers exposing multiple personal phone numbers without consent (UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 & PECR breach).
Fake online casino using countdown timers, fake “£1000 + 200 free spins” bonuses, and fraudulent Trustpilot badges.
casinomaniazone.com previously redirected to 77casiroom.com both domains now deliberately return blank 404 pages – a clear evasion tactic to preserve the infrastructure while the scam continues via new burner domains.
I have received three such messages in the past week and the harassment continues.

Police escalation This organised fraud has already been formally reported to Action Fraud, the UK’s national fraud and cybercrime reporting centre (Crime Reference Number issued / pending – available on request). Sharing personal data without consent and operating a fraudulent gambling site are criminal offences in the United Kingdom.
Requested actions (required of both registrars under ICANN RAA)
Immediately open abuse investigations for your respective domain(s) and provide ticket/reference numbers.
Contact the registrant(s) and demand immediate cessation of all spam and removal of personal data.
Suspend or place the domain(s) on clientHold / serverHold status to prevent further criminal use.
Provide a joint or separate written update within 48 hours confirming actions taken.
Failure to act promptly will result in escalation to ICANN Contractual Compliance for registrar non-compliance and to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for ongoing data-protection violations.
Thank you for treating this urgent, police-reported fraud and privacy breach with the priority it demands.
