Customer service is very bad.
They would not agree, if you notice a problem in the site. More than once you will have untrue promotions and you won´t get your bonus . They are not on your side. They keep saying you can use one promotion only once, and they stop listening you from the first word. If there is any kind of problem, they leave you alone with it. No change to get your lost or bonus back. I lost my trust on them big time. I don´t wanna argue with customer service ever again. Last time they send me e-mails like 2wk without a word Sorry or we will fix it. They have very hard time to understand that there was a bug or something on the page cos I got same sort of deposit bonus offer twice in the week. I deposit, but I didn´t get my bonus of course.
