Hallo, mir geht es genauso, seit 14 Tagen wird ständig meine Auszahlung von 680 storniert, ich habe sämtliche geforderte Unterlagen hochgeladen, dann wieder storniert, muss jetzt noch die Stromrechnung hochladen, mit Adresse und Abbuchung, darf nicht älter als 90 Tage sein, meine Adresse ist auf Lohnzettel und Ausweis, was wollen die denn noch, aber ich habe keine Lust denen mein gewonnenes Geld zu schenken, dann schreiben sie andauernd auf englisch, ich bin schon so wütend, es ist zum k.......
Vor allen Dingen, welche und wieviel Unterlagen bzw. Kontoauszüge die brauchen, dann ist wieder dies und jenes nicht richtig, kann man sich mit der Polizei in Verbindung setzen. Aber ich glaube die sind dickfällig wenn man Ihnen mit der Polizei droht. Und dann kann ich auch nicht den vollen Betrag auszahlen lassen, sondern es funktioniert nur bei 500 Euro. Aber was kann man denn noch machen, ich sehe nicht ein, daß ich das wieder verspielen soll, ich weiss , darauf warten die nur.
