Deposited money into my account that I have had for a couple of years now. I played some of the money, but after dead spin after dead spin, I decided to withdraw the remainder of my balance. Went to go back into my account and wasn't able to, as I was required to contact customer support. After speaking with customer support, I was informed that the account has been closed and the withdrawal will not be given. No reason was given and they have stolen my money. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could. Absolutely shocking site. It’s a scam. Deposited all fine. No issue at all. Deposited £30 & won £350 over several spins. Increased the bet & won £2200. Tried to withdraw & then the fun begins. Long list of “Checks” needed. Ok fair enough, I would expect some, ID, Proof of address etc. All fine. Added Bank Account details all fine. Next they want a picture of account holder holding the photo ID next to their face. By this time I thought it was a wind up. Also want a photo of Bank Card Back and Front. When questioned as to why they need a photo of a person holding the photo ID all they said was “policy” before getting really rude and abrupt. When it was pointed out that they had Bank Details with name that matches account holder. Photo Driving Licence, Proof of Address etc they closed the account and refused to even answer anymore. No pay out. They are happy to take money but once you start winning money over a few £ they make every excuse they can to make sure they don’t pay you & then when they run out of excuses the simply close the account. Hi I heard someone complained about payments being refused on party casino.
I recently had the same issue.

I checked with my bank, the payment was attempted twice and failed by party casino. Party account was with Citi bank Ireland so I didn't see what the problem could be.
The bank suggested that the payment may have been refused because I cashed out in dollars and was paid in dollars.
I went back into the party casino account and changed the withdrawal to euros.
The payment was processed in an hour thanks to customer service pushing the issue.
I understand this was frustrating as it was already 6 days of failed attempts to withdraw.
If you have money in your account change the withdrawal request to the currentcy your debit card or bank operate in. It's under how much cash you'd like to withdraw.
You can only withdraw by the same method you've paid in. Equally frustrating when you don't know why it failed in the first place.
For the record I have been a customer since the 2000's and never had a major issue with them. But I have had failed cash out attempt ls before, usually resolved at first attempt. But this is a new thing so was kinda annoying that they didn't know the issue themselves as to why
