I was forced to buy 2 printers because…
I was forced to buy 2 printers because they sold something that wasn't compatible with my system. When a customer asks for a Bluetooth compatible printer just give it man. Nearly $700 down the drain for a new opened store is painful

You were forced to buy two printers?
You ordered a single printer from our website which was NOT Bluetooth and you state to just give you a Bluetooth printer. We provided you with exactly what you ordered from our website. We have not had a phone call or email from you in relation to this order.
Sorry you felt the need to provide a 1 star review based on us providing you with a product you ordered from our website.
They went above and beyond...
They went above and beyond to put the pos software into my pc for me so that it is readied for me when i received it. It was not part of the bundle. i bought it seperate. Fantastic service. Quick delivery on time for my business. +++

We haven't received any emails or phone call in relation to the quality so receiving a 3 star review without any knowledge of issues doesn't give us any time to look into any issues or rectify them. We will take a look into this anyway.
