The ordered bed was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. After that time, there was no response. After several phone calls, it was delivered. The overall quality of the bed was good, a bit like a tree stuck to the mattress frame sometimes.

I ordered a sofa and chair from Cas. They were so helpful on the phone The delivery man was so nice and helpful and kept in touch with me all the time. I would certainly recommend them to all and they are very reasonable

I would highly recommend Cas Furniture, they have a wide range of very high quality furniture, I purchased a beautiful sofa bed & a mattress, I'm really impressed with my experience, the delivery to Co. Kerry was super efficient & the staff are so helpful & obliging, I'll definitely be returning for more interior pieces

I ordered a 2 seater and a 3 seater on 14th Aug 2023, put down my deposit and was told they would be with me in 6 weeks. When they didn't arrive after 6 weeks I rang and asked for an update. Gordon told me there was a delay because they have their furniture made in Monaghan and Brexit was the reason for the delay.. (Monaghan is in the Republic though!!) Anyways, I rang back a week or 2 later and asked for an update - they told me they would ring me back - they never did. So the following week I rang again to which I was told they would ring me back - again, no call back.
They stopped answering the phone to me but eventually on 7th November a woman answered, she asked could she call me back - I challenged her on this but thankfully she did ring me back to tell me they would be with me in 7-10 days and was sympathetic towards the whole situation. 10 days go by, still no furniture. So I ring again and Gordon answers. I was not happy at this point. I asked for a discount to which he said no, I won't give ya a discount, I'll just cancel your order. Obviously this didn't sit well with me and he eventually told me he would throw in some cushions. He told me they would be with me the Friday week. So Friday 24th November arrives and I get a call at around 1.30pm saying the delivery men are en route to my house. No one was home so I asked could they wait until 5pm when I'm home from work. He said no to me and said how he told me that they would arrive on the Friday to which I replied yes, but why didn't you ring me to ask what time I would be home instead of sending out the delivery men without notifying me first. So I rang my brother in law and asked him to please let these men in. Gordon kept ringing me but I couldnt answer because I was at work so I text to ask what was up. He wanted my eircode - I had given my eircode back in August, it was on the docket. I get home from work and my couches are there, but no cushions like he had said the week prior.

Gordon is a poor business man who dealt with this whole situation in an awful manner.

So ya, 14 weeks later I got them. Gordon also stated that he would tell the manufacturer to make them plush - they are not plush couches, they are quite solid.

On a positive note, the delivery men took my old furniture away and even delivered an armchair to a family member who wanted it which I was grateful for.

Gordon was very helpful. Very quick delivery. The boys love their new bunk bed!

I still havent recieved an update on my order. I paid for two lockers 25.6 ,it was a claremount locker. I was offered a different unit with shell handle but decied to wait. Can someone please contact with an update .

Great product for extra space and great value

Best service I ever received went above and beyond to get me the items I wanted and then went and organised an alternative delivery service so I would have it on time can't recommend them enough so nice to deal with

I have not received my product as off yet so I cannot give ant more then 1 star

No item in stock after payment was taken .. it took a few days to be told it wouldn’t be in stock until September .. Thank God for PayPal!

Took forever to arrive. Address on the back of a business card which was stuck onto my purchase. No wrapping just posted in original box.
