Nope never again
I have worked for both Hermann, and Newhaven Mo Casey's. Both places had the same manager that trained me at the first town. The most recent experience I have had was in Newhaven. I had let my boss know that one of my coworkers let me know that their spouse has covid, and is still working. My boss at the time had them both on the same shift delivering pizza, and you are not allowed by the company to work together. My boss came back to me saying that my coworker stated that they did not have covid. I then stated so you are going to go by what my coworker says who can possibly be lying to you then what a doctor states. My then boss replies that she can not force my coworker to go get tested. One let me clarify this yes you can, and two if they refuse they will lose their job. I have worked in home health. This is considered a health code violation. I let my spouse know what was going on. My spocame there to help resolve this, and my then boss had the "BALLS" to cuss my dpouse out. I waited on my last customer told them to have a great night said peace out, and left my then boss with a line of people. Not to mention any of their coffee soda ice cream or ice coffee machines are never clean. I took a flat head screw driver, and box cutter to get the caked on hot chocolate off tye inside of their machine. Also if you are running the cash register no matter if it's one or two your coworker never helps with hardly anything, and the have 5 plus people in the kitchen working but expect the cashier to wait on customers get all of the front, and out side stuff done by themselves. My experience date may be off some.

I had a pending interview in person
and then the bot came through and said I was disqualified for wanting to interview in person. I was told ONLY filming was acceptable after I was supposedly allowed to opt for a real meeting. LOL!!! No way to call and ask for clarification. But there's a nice lake by our local Casey's and I love the water there while I eat my food NOT purchased at Casey's. Haven't been thrown out yet. Yea!!!
I find it hard to believe you guys…
I find it hard to believe you guys cannot keep Creamer or sugar on hand. I mean do we need to figure out how to start bringing our own to the stores because you guys can never seem to have enough of them I mean you guys aren't the cheapest place in town.
Poor management
This 1-2 yr old Melrose MN business is by far the best example of how to run a business into the ground by poor management/ employees/ownership they're receipts at the pump have not worked from the grand opening and they don't care if you have experienced the same stop using them that's what I'm going to do they own several hundred stores and all are the same 20 yr old managers that have No idea what's going on

Management yells at employees right out in front of the customers..1 employee is left to wait on customers, while the store manager and 2 assistant leaders take numerous breaks throughout their shift..I personally will never step foot inside the door again! about customers being stupid, disabled etc..No Place for any comments like this..I can't believe the turnover of employees there..must be the bad management running the place
Horrible service at my near by caseys
They had to make my pizza twice and forgot my salad also it was a hour late. The guy carrying my pizza was holding it with one hand and the box was sideways. I opened the box in front of him and all the topping were on one side of the box. I was very upset with that and they didn't offer a discount or nothing, very rude!!!!!

Same thing as the first…way too much cheese and all my cheese and toppings falling off of my crust. The crust is doughy. If there was a zero star. I’d give it lower. Huge semi takes up every parking space. Door fully blocked so you can’t get in by the 8 employees unloading the truck. 1 employee behind the counter w 8-10 customers in line. Tote boxes blocking the isles and merchandise. Terrible customer service. Pop machine broken and dirty. No one has a clue what’s going on. Just terrible. Stay away.

The women’s bathroom, had curtains??? There were 2 stalls and one had curtains. The place looked messy, and a lot of things were out. TERRIBLE experience. I do NOT recommend!!!

Casey's, once known for their great pizza has lowered their pizza making standards at least in Ankeny, Iowa. Breakfast pizzas once had cheese sauce and we're delicious but after trying 5 stores in Ankeny....no sauce on any of them. They were the most dry blah pizza I've ever had. On top of that, the stupid "rewards cards" all the convenience stores are going to are just that....stupid. One more card I have to carry around with me everyday. Wake up Casey's, your losing a loyal customer and I don't speak for just me.

DISORGANIZED INSIDE THE STORE
I get gas at the store in Elkhorn and signed up for the app several months ago. After all the money I spend there I've only earned $5 in rewards...I've had 1 good pizza and 1 awful pizza there (I ordered for a specific pickup time but they made it up 15 mins early so naturally it was cold by the time I got it). Yesterday I went inside to buy refreshments from their fountain selection which is a disorganized mess and inadvertently grabbed cups that are designated for the more expensive fruit slush drinks. No other cups were within reach of the drinks I poured and I wound up paying $6 more than I should have...This is always a crowded store which may explain the disorganization inside but there are other gas fill up options I intend to use going forward!
Jenks Oklahoma management are jokes
The management in Jenks OK is absolutely horrible in both stores. A word of advice, when you have a disgraceful manager like Connie Warden don't allow her to recruit...influence an train incoming managers. This is why employees keep leaving. This is from customers and former employees.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will tell everyone!
I ordered a pizza by calling the Hiawatha location. A beef pizza, I got a cheeseburger bacon pizza. I called back, they said they’d replace it. I called again, to the Hiawatha location and they said “no one picked it up.” I said, “ Why would someone pick it up, I had the first(wrong one) delivered?” They never said this wouldn’t be delivered, they never called to tell me anything when it wasn’t picked up. Jade, the manager( HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS- NONE AT ALL) said we have no way to deliver it. Well I didn’t order my pizza via Door Dash, I don’t even have the app! So why would I know Door Dash did the delivery when I didn’t use Door Dash to order! This was very simply rectified: Jade or someone in her store should have delivered! I have never been treated so rudely and had NO RESOLUTION! I do NOT use Casey’s for anything except pizza when I don’t want to go out: I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I’m 56 years old and this is HANDS DOWN the worse customer service I’ve ever had: there was NO SERVICE, NO true type of apology, and no offer to truly correct THEIR ERROR. The only answer was, “Logan was new…”. I don’t care who was new: he was rude when taking the order as he didn’t even say “Casey’s”. I had to confirm that when I originally called in the order…again WORST WORST WORST customer service I’ve ever had…and I am still having to pay for this! Jade did say, “you can contact Door Dash…”. Again, I DO NOT HAVE THE DOOR DASH APP! Why would I contact Door Dash when I called the Hiawatha, Iowa location for the order and delivery?!? Can I say agin how HORRIBLE THIS EXPERIENCE WAS ?!? NEVER AGAIN!
Horrible customer service.
I live in Louisiana. The store is in another state. Someone made an account with my email. I explained to the customer service rep that I needed my account deleted and why. They responded they hate to see me go and to give them another chance. I explained I don't live there and won't ever shop there and I need the account deleted. They replied that they don't service "that request" for people who live in Louisiana and could not help me.
Poor Delivery Service
Last evening at the Independence KS store a pizza was ordered and asked for delivery. The DoorDash delivery service totally messed up delivery. I have no problems with Casey, but DoorDash is a joke. The lady LeeAnna did not even know where I lived and be the time I received the pizza, it was cold, I was pissed. I tried to create a review on DoorDash miserable site, and got nowhere. When I called Casey I was told that once the pizza leaves the store it is between me and DoorDash, wrong answer! This is a bad service provider for Casey Pizzas. This is the second time, first time was perfect, I believe it was the fault of the Dasher, not the store.

Time estimates for pick up orders are a joke. I arrived at the store at the estimated* time. I was told it would be about another 8 minutes. 20 minutes later, was still not given my order and had to wait until they helped all the other customers that came in after me. 30 minutes after my estimated pick up time, I still did not have my pizza and left as I could not waste any more time waiting for the staff to finish their chit chat and tell me when I would get my pizza.
My order was refunded without me asking, but I still did not have dinner and wasted meal break from work.
I was kicked out of their rewards…
I was kicked out of their rewards program because I collected too many points. They won’t return my emails… pretty poor customer service here.
