Experience was great, I was prepping for an interview from McKinsey, BCG & Bain. The first interview that I had was for McKinsey; I felt wildly unprepared and was unsure of what to expect. Franco was able to provide good examples, frameworks and resources to continue practicing! Good communication and was encouraging throughout, even after the interviews had taken place.

Having a plan that worked around my actual circumstances made the goal of entering consulting feel more achievable.

Since I come from a non-business background, I needed more than general advice to start my consulting journey. Franco broke things down into specific, actionable steps so I knew what to do next rather than being left with vague suggestions. At this stage, a little hand-holding can make a real difference. That is precisely what I received from Franco: practical guidance, clarity, and the confidence to take my first steps.

Overall, Franco helped me move from uncertainty to having a clearer direction. What I appreciated most was that the guidance was tailored to my starting point, my circumstances, and my goals.
