I strongly advise everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
I ordered a jacket over a month ago, and it has NEVER been delivered. The order status has remained exactly the same for over a month, with absolutely no updates or explanation.
They completely IGNORE emails, and even worse, their supposed customer support email address (support casabrunello.com) DOES NOT EVEN WORK!
Every time I try to contact them, I receive the following delivery failure notification:
"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: Giulia Rossi (support casabrunello.com). A problem occurred during the delivery of this message."
HOW IS THIS EVEN ACCEPTABLE?
They take your money, fail to deliver your order, provide no updates, and make it practically impossible to contact them.
Based on my experience, THIS STORE APPEARS TO BE A COMPLETE SCAM!
I will be reporting this business to the relevant consumer protection authorities and my payment provider.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM CASA BRUNELLO!
If the company is legitimate, I expect an immediate explanation, a valid tracking update, or a FULL REFUND.
