Low quality product and poor post sale support
While I rarely leave a low star review, I am very undewhelmed with both the products being sold by CWS, and the customer support. I purchased an interior film which I intended to use outside. Per the item description, laminating the film will allow it to be used outside, and in calling CWS prior to purchase they assured me that any sign shop would be able to run it through a laminator to add a UV protective layer to it. Upon receiving the film, it was rolled etremely tightly to make it fit inside the original center tube for the vinyl. This caused it to peel off the backing and have a bunch of bubbles and lines which prevented lamination. The suggested fix once I finally heard back from CWS was to apply clear coat to the installed product.
Regarding installation, I was installing onto a smooth flat surface and it was an absolute nightmare! I also used some 3M film which was extremely user friendly and able to be re-positioned to get a good application. The Vvivid film is horrible to work with and if you make one tiny mistake, it will be stuck for good. Should you try to re-position it, it will tear.

We are sorry about your experience. The vinyl you purchased is an architectural film which has a different glue from that of car wrap vinyl - being more sticky and geared towards permanent application instead of removable - also it is a stiffer product to make the surface tougher, so it tears easier when applied cold. If you were to purchase a car wrap vinyl it would of behaved the same as the 3M you used previously. This vinyl is intended for interior use. We can't guarantee a product that is used for other than its intended purpose. You still wanted to use it for an exterior purpose that is why we "recommended" a possible solution.
Fast service, great/safe packaging, and shipped to APO
I ordered and got my wrap fast, they did an excellent job packaging it too! Im currently stationed overseas and they shipped to my APO. I will order though here again if I decide to change my color.

Great company
I ordered my wrap 3-1 and got it today 3-9!!
Shipping was faster then I expected!
And to clarify some of these comments I see, they do pack your vinyl in a secured container!! I had a little damage on the box because lovely fedex being careless. But this is coming from canada.. im in the U.S. They don't control the mail service with handling..
But anyway my wrap was unharmed!
I can not wait to install it. Thank you guys for your time, great prices, and speedy shipping. Will be ordering again!

After ordering some materials online
After ordering some materials online, I was contacted that my order had been cancelled by CWS, because they don't sell only small items by themselves.
It was very inconvenient and extra work for nothing , when it could've been avoided by not allowing the purchase of only the small item online. plus the international fee charged, that could not be refunded.

Hi, we couldn't find your order by your email but you must have purchased some small tools not vinyl. We apologize for the inconvenience, but shipping costs have gone up considerably and we are not able to ship tools by themselves for a fair price. Shipping costs are almost always more than what you get charged, we subsidize the difference to keep low prices (take a hit on our bottom line). The shipping costs become about double to triple to that of the tools themselves. Our shop has been updated now to reflect this and don't allow tools to be purchased without vinyl.

Check before you buy
I was assured that there was stock of Vvivid pulse in the uk so went ahead and placed my order, a few weeks later i was handed an extra £20 duties invoice from FedEx. why are a UK supplier asking for it to be shipped from Canada when they assured me they had it in stock? They have now ignored 2 of my messages asking why I need to pay this so i gave up and paid it. Buy direct i say as it will be cheaper given you need to pay import fees.

We are a Canadian company shipping from Canada. We don't have a warehouse in the UK. Our website does not claim to have one in the UK. Sorry for the confusion.
Please also note that you were NOT CHARGED VAT (sales taxes) during your purchase, so if you were to purchase it from a local UK store or if we had a UK warehouse, you would of had to pay the 20% VAT during purchase which would of cost you approx. the same.
Our apologies for not returning your emails, but we either did not receive it or it went to spam as it can not be found.

I'm satisfied with my order. The shipping was a little slow, but seeing as things are right now I can't really blame CWS. The vinyl itself looks good and we're going to be ordering the correct amount, once we figure it out. Overall I'm 100% satisfied with CWS and I will be using them for my Vinyl needs in the future.

Signature requirements made me wait around for 2 days due to cheapest shipping possible and lack of competence with fedex...stupid response from customer service didn't help either.

You just reviewed the delivery, which is FedEx, not us... We require signatures when the order is above a certain amount. This is to protect all parties involved. The signature requirement is the insurance requirement. If we didn't and your item was lost or stolen you would have no recourse to get your order or any refunds and you would lose both your order and your money.
The tracking information was emailed to you that gives you all the information such as that it needs a signature. You can always call FedEx or us to ask FedEx to hold the item for you at their local distribution center where you can pick it up with your ID saving you the inconvenience to wait.
We communicated to you the same thing as above, we fail to see how this is stupid?

The wrap was good quality it came secure and quick, I got what I ordered I have no complaints. The material is really soft and has deep rich black. As stated it can be heat stretched just don’t over stretch, it can tear as it is a bit delicate.

The Velvet/Suede vinyl is very different from "regular" gloss or matte wraps due to its finish, so in order to achieve this special style it can't be made the same like gloss or matte regular vinyl wraps.
